My order was sent incomplete, but when I emailed their sales dept after hours to advise them of the problem Michelle T responded first thing next morning and quickly resolved the issue. The corrected order was shipped that day and I received it a couple days later. I appreciate how they stood by the customer in a timely fashion without a lot of annoying back-and-forth. I thought the service was first-rate and I will definitely use them again. read more

Terrible experience! I ordered 2 powersonic ps-670 (6v 14ah) batteries. I recieved 2 ps-640 6v 4.5ah. So I called and talked to a very nice, apologetic person who resent my order. However they sent an off brand battery, correct voltage and capacitance but its not actually what I ordered, I cant even find the battery they sent me on their website. I would not recommend anyone use their service. read more

When I brought up the inconvenience they were neither apologetic or willing to offer me any compensation. I RECOMMEND GOING ELSEWHERE! They wasted my time. Despite the owner's comment below, they made literally no effort to remediate the issue. 100% apathetic and uncaring.
