That evening the phone begin to freeze up. It still functioned, I received calls and texts but the screen was frozen. The next day I returned to Kwik and they said that they again replaced the LED screen with another one. The problem did not go away. I would need to re-boot the phone at least 1-2 times per hour to use. Apple said that basically, Kwik ruined the phone. I had no choice to buy a new iPhone for $1100.00. Do not use this service for any repair on a phone unless you want one that is totally useless. I feel they totally ripped off a customer not only by charging $200+ for bogus repairs and then ruining a perfectly good, operable phone.

Before I left, he double checked everything like FaceTime and Face ID to make sure it was all working perfectly. He even added a screen protector for free and would not accept a tip, even though I tried (I still did for the superior service!). Searched around, talked to the owner of a different location and dropped off. You'll fill out a blank sheet of paper... no NCR paper or copy made which I think might help operationally. Also, when I went to pick up originally, there was a lighter spot in the top corner screen of my watch. Very small. Turns out they hadn't pressed the screen down in that area. Another fix that took an additional week. I would've been okay with a month turnaround had they mentioned it before. I think with more attention to detail and some organization they could really be great. Giving 3 stars because even though my watch took a while and they lost my contact information, they still fixed it. It comes with a warranty and they gave me some money off to accommodate all the errors.
