DO NOT COME HERE. Whatever you do, never come here for a screen replacement. I had my iphone 15 pro max screen replacement for $200, and a couple days later, the screen freezes. I'm always having to close my phone every time it does this. The worst part, sometimes the screen won't open, like I'm only hearing the closing noise. This place is a scam. Head to quickfix instead, not this trashy place. read more

I had a great experience from start to finish. I was referred to this place after I needed a jump. I called and service tech on the phone checked to make sure they had my battery in stock I told him I'd be there in about 20 minutes and he said bring it on in. The tech was very informational, courteous and did a great job installing a new battery for me. It cost a few bucks more than the battery at the dealership and but it is also a Duracell. And they don't charge for labor (had to provide a little tip for awesome service). The service tech made it clear to me not just saying it but how he handled my visit that customer service was No. 1 to them. Great job, guys! read more

Don't bother with this store, their staff doesn't care. I made an appointment online for a 7:30 time slot to repair my iPhone. Prior to making the appointment I even called the store and they confirmed that they had the part in stock and that they would be able to get it done before they closed at 8. They said they could get it done in under 30 minutes so I jumped in my car and started driving only to get a phone call from another store employee a few minutes later telling me that they won't work on it today and that I should leave it overnight because they have closing duties they wanted to complete instead. Again, I called and confirmed they could handle the appointment for a reason. Not honoring my appointment after we spoke on the phone was no way to handle the situation and for that reason I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

I was the only customer in the store when I arrived. I had to interrupt a group of 4 employees (including the manager) to ask for help because none of them looked up at me when I entered the store or when I was standing right in front of them. Then, when one of them finally started helping me the employee walked away to take a phone call and just left me there waiting. Going there was a complete waste of my time. read more

I have gone to this store 5+ times and it is always a hassle. I have bought 3 different car batteries from this store on separate occasions and not only has it taken longer than you would expect to pick out the battery and do check out but I have never been offered the free installation or any sort of rebate for a recyclable battery. Even though this place is less than half a mile from my house I will go elsewhere for my battery needs from now on even if that means going to the next closest batteries plus. P.S. To owner old dude behind the counter is pretty much worthless. read more

Out of 3 employees working there, only one had a mask on. The one that was working the cash register had her mask below her chin and the manager didn't appear to have a mask any where near. Even if you don't think the masks work, it is the law in Minnesota and to not care for the safety of your customers is sad. First place I've been in 6 months where all the employees were not wearing masks. Not only does this place not care about the safety of their customers but they are crazy expensive. I needed GPA 6 batteries, their price was $12.99 for four off-brand batteries. Amazon price for four Duracell is $4.99. If you don't want to waste your money or risk your health avoid this place like the plague (pun intended)... read more

I went in to get a spare key fob for a used vehicle we got. We ordered it no problem, and said to expect a call in two weeks. We didn't get a call so we went in about 2 1/2 weeks after. They said it was there but they couldn't find it. They ended up shipping one over from a different store, but didn't give us a time frame. We called to see if it was in about 1 1/2-2 weeks after and they said it'd be there Thursday. When we went in to get it programmed they couldn't do it, and tried for 30 minutes. We ended up getting refunded. When we went to start the car the battery was drained from them turning it on and off without starting it. The communication was extremely week between the employees and us. After waiting a month we ended up having no key fob. We won't be returning to this location. read more

I was debating buying a new phone because of battery charging issues. Apple store is almost impossible to get into. So, I cruised the web and found these lovely people. New battery, fresh screen protector and in and out quickly. I chose to drive around for awhile and it was ready when I returned. Nice guys working there I recommend. read more

This place was able to change my car battery and my iphone battery, and both work like a charm. I had a watch battery changed there before and that watch still works. They were open when they said they would be. I wish I could be more positive than that but there are a few issues. Even if you are first in line, you will stand there for ten minutes while they try to find the right button in their computer system. Then when they try to ring you up, you will stand there for another ten minutes. There is no express pickup lane or anything like you would see at Panera etc., so if you go here, you are enrolled in twenty minutes or standing around time. I had to go there two separate occasions, because at my car battery change I was planning to mention my phone but I could tell that they weren't going nearly fast enough. On another day, I went to another place and found it inexplicably closed, so I came here as the backup plan. They said it would take an hour and asked for an alternate phone number. I spent an hour shopping and they never called so I went home. Three hours later I called them and they confirmed it was done, so then I went back and had the pleasure of standing in line for a half-hour or so, at least 10 minutes of which was with my repaired phone in my hand - somehow only at 25% charge despite hours with which to charge the new battery - at the cash register, waiting for them to figure out how to ring up a customer. They're great at the changing batteries part of their job. But the rest of the experience could use some improvement. read more

We came to the Spring Lake Park location to get our phone screens fixed to trade them in and they messed them up so bad that we couldn't even trade them in and now we're out 1200. Dont trust them, they don't care about the customers. read more

Needed a battery for my motorcycle and one of my ATV's so I stopped in. Wasn't too thrilled with the person who came to "help" me as he seemed to be suffering from some kind of cold or flu -hacking and sneezing to the point his coworker said something. Regardless- I had already found my motorcycle battery and Influenza guy found the one for my ATV and brought it up to the front. The transaction was complete---but I had to find another employee to ask about any kind of warranty they might carry. I drove home and went to work installing my purchases. Now anyone who has owned or worked on a 2008 Polaris Sportsman 400 will tell you that the battery is nearly impossible to change. It is located in the middle of the frame of the bike. It involves removing the front right wheel as well as the plastic fender lining before you can even see how impossible of a job you are facing. So an hour and a half later I finally have the new battery in and the wires finally connected. I reach up and turn the key to on and I get lights and the digital dash lights up. I then shut the key off to finish the installation. When I finish I reach up and turn the key on again- and get nothing. No lights...power of any kind. I use a multi meter to check for power and that shows the battery is completely dead. I figured it was a fuse...but the funny thing about this bike is it HAS NO FUSES. WTH!?!? I disassemble the bike and pull the battery out taking another 1/2 hour of my day to get it out. Using my multi meter right to the battery shows it is completely dead. I was dumbfounded and unscrew one of the fill/vent covers to find they sold me a battery with no battery acid inside. To say I was pissed for wasting so much of my day (and having to waste more driving back to get a new battery) was an understatement. Luckily the store is 10 or so miles away so I was much calmer when I got there. Influenza guy came up to help me again (thankfully not coughing or sneezing) but instead with his mouth full of his lunch. I explained the problem and asked for a replacement but instead he just took it in back and filled it with battery acid. After bringing it back I didn't even get a "Whoops--my bad"... a "sorry" or any kind of apology. All I got was a simple "here you go." After another hour plus of installation- the bike now starts although I am currently charging the battery so who knows what will happen by morning. I write the above to help others make informed choices when buying from batteries plus--and not to blindly trust them to do their job. The other reason is because I firmly believe that this battery will fail long before it should- and they will give me the run around that I did something to harm this battery. (I mean it cant be good for the battery to completely drain of every bit of its power because the store didn't bother to fill it with battery acid.) I certainly could not recommend this store. I also would not recommend buying a 2008 Polaris Sportsman. read more

I went in asking for a battery for my "dinosaur phone" old school so called ancient flip phone. I asked him for a quote for a new battery he told me "$39.99" I responded with "I work with a guy who could get me a battery for this same phone at $5 on Amazon" the guy at the counter responded with "good for you" this is poor customer service and I will never go back there again. read more

This place is shady. My teen went to get a screen repaired on her iPhone. They used an after market screen and messed up her camera for $120. They told her the repair would take 3 hours and told her to leave the phone with them and to give them her passwords. She felt uncomfortable with this and I told her to go back and wait for the phone. When they gave it back to her she mentioned the messed up camera and that the screen wasn't working properly. She had to get to another appointment, so they told her to come back when she had 3 hours to spare. I called the store and talked to them about the situation. After being verbally abused by the employee I asked to speak to a manager and he continued to do the same thing to me. He said she was standing over them pressuring them and they couldn't work on it with her there waiting for it. I recommend not shopping at this store and more importantly don't let your teenager go there and get taken advantage of by these creeps. They didn't need to know her passwords to get into her phone. We had to go to another repair shop to have the true iPhone screen put on and the camera fixed. It only took 15 minutes and they guy didn't ask for her password. read more
