Both were great, though it was clear that my fish was not caught fresh. The decor and ambiance of the restaurant is not what I would expect from the same ownership of multiple other restaurants in the Macomb County area. Outdated decor hangs on the walls and the restrooms reminded me of a middle school bathroom. I think that Bobby Mac's is in need of a decor update and thorough cleaning, but also can see how it may add to the charm of the restaurant. I suspect that the regular clientele is made up of regular locals and people coming in from boating on the lake. Both groups may enjoy the "character" of the outdated decor. Overall, while not the most impressive restaurant I've visited, I certainly enjoyed my food and would recommend to at least give Bobby Mac's a try.
