We had a difficult listing due to zoning and planning restrictions, and Loy pulled out all the stops to shepherd it through the process every step of the way, and he got us top-dollar. But his service was more than that. He took us on as a do-or-die case, pulling out all the tricks in both his realtor and his attorney bags, to keep up hopeful when it looked like it would fall through, and to do what we needed to do to put our best foot forward. Brought an issue to this Firm about a problem with a local builder and property damages. Brought in all paperwork, photos and contracts, had an in person meeting with Mark. They stated that they would be reviewing the material and filing with the court the following week (this was about the first week of January 2023). I called, emailed, texted for months to see what was going on, and asked for advice and just basic follow up... and was just ghosted by them. Then after months of not hearing from anyone (besides the office staff saying they will pass my note along) I get an email (May 6th) saying they are not going to represent now... and they are "too busy " Why wasn't I told that months ago... or why weren't we TOLD during the FACE to FACE meeting we had with mark? now we are left scrambling.
