She rarely knew answers to simple questions. When we were in court, I asked if I could speak to the judge and her response was that I'm going to do what I want to do anyway and didn't answer me. That's not an attorney. I reached out to Mr. Casey regarding the repeating disrespectful behavior and that I wanted to switch attorneys in the firm or get my money back to hire another attorney. He ignored me. I asked Simmons to refund me, and she refused. Every single interaction was a horrible experience after they got my $4,500.

A year ago today I walked into the courtroom with the Lord on my side and Daniel Bryant as my…read morelawyer. I had filed for a divorce in July '18 after 25 yrs of marriage. It was the hardest decision that I've ever made. When going through such an ordeal you need a lawyer who is going to have your best interest in mind. A lawyer who is going to work, think, strategize and listen to you. The first lawyer I chose was none of those things. He appeared to either be friends with my husband's lawyer or afraid of him. Maybe both. I don't know. But what I do know is that had he remained my lawyer I would have lost everything. In Jan'19, I relieved him and hired Daniel Bryant. Daniel listened and felt he could help me. And he read my file. I know because he scheduled depositions, emailed, issued subpoena's, gathered witnesses, researched property values all those things that would make my case strong. My previous lawyer didn't do any of this. This helped me to trust Daniel. Daniel doesn't know this, but during a break from court, I sat and watched as Daniel sat and watched my soon to be ex husband. It was if he was studying his mannerisms, or lack thereof. After witnessing this there was no doubt in my mind that Daniel was going to fight for what he felt I deserved. Needless to say, I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with my divorce settlement. Daniel Bryant stepped in and recognized that I needed a lawyer who is detailed and experienced. I HIGHLY recommend Casey, Simmons & Bryant as this law office saw me through and proved they are worth every penny of my lawyer's fees which Daniel Bryant fought and won for my ex husband to pay!! Thank you. Audra M. Rozar

They called me on Thursday morning to set up a consultation, but I was on vacation so I missed the call. I called back immediately and the person Morgan was on another call. That's fine. I was supposed to get sent to her voicemail but there was just silence on the other end of the phone for like 5 minutes so I hung up. I called back again the next morning because I heard nothing back and again, this Morgan person had stepped away and wasn't available. I left my info and was told she would call me back. I even sent an email saying that I called back and not even an email return. I never got a call back. Just from trying to get a callback is why I would not recommend this law firm. I do not want to have to continually call for someone and there not be multiple people I can speak to, or the person I'm looking for is always busy or out. There just seems to be no care or concern for my case and this conversation was going to just be about scheduling a consultation. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I have to say, first and foremost, that Rebecca's communication is exemplary! She responded promptly at every whim I had, and normally in a very cordial manner. She was honest and forthcoming, and all though not the best at comforting, she made sure that I understood both sides of everything. I would not trade her for anyone to be my primary POC for my case. Secondly, when my first court date came, I found out that Steven himself wouldn't be present, even though he was the original attorney paid for (things happen, I get it). John stepped in for court and showed up 4 minutes late, thankfully the judge was running behind, but we had little time to go over last minute details. I felt that John's goal was to force me to settle the case in favor of the opposition. He often spoke with the opposing attorney in the presence of my ex but not me, so I was not privy to the attorney discussions but the other party was, and was able to give input. This was infuriating. From the most honest of my heart, he seemed to have been walked all over and bullied by the other, very intimidating I will admit, attorney. This caused me to be very unhappy with the outcome because what I had told him would happen if I agreed to something, indeed happened when he assured me it would not. After the first court appearance, when I let them know of my displeasure, my needs were much better met and I couldn't be more happy with the course of time and their efforts after that. If not for the day of court itself, I would absolutely rate them as 5 stars.
