All Seasons completely set us up for success..Fast forward a year later we had our first real problem with tub . The team sent a repair crew who expertly trouble shot and fixed tub and they educated us further. They also returned a call from us a month later asking advice on tub and they responded to us fast and with kindness. Special shout out to their repair person Tim. I really appreciate him and want to thank all of the staff for their patience and professionalism. I just love my hot tub. I called on the weekend, no less, left a message and a a repairman was out in two days! My spa is built into my deck and the access door is undersized. Kevin had to crawl into the little passage and then had to cut a new access door to get to the heater! I was so surprised that he did this all so well, in what I thought little time. If you want a place that you can be assured of excellent service, that will always be there for you, Capital Spas is the place to go! BTW, they also have other great things for your backyard as well.
