I cleaned out the underside thinking the built up of grass may have overpowered the engine. Well, needless to say I was pretty upset because this purchase hadn't paid for itself yet as it was two months new and just past the point when home depot wouldn't take it back. I was told I had to take it to a manufacturer approved repair facility. POE is one for Yard Machines. They took a quick look at it and opened the gas cap to say "you don't have any gas!" Ummm what?! :/ I didn't think it was gas as I had JUST put in gas the day I last used it! I suddenly envisioned my blonde roots exposed (and I'm not naturally blonde)! LOL!!! We weren't sure so he put in a bit of gas in there to test it out instead of making me go back home to fill it and the possibility it wasn't that and bring it back to the shop again.
