I can't say enough good things about how great a job Ken did on my bathtub! Back when I bought my…read morehouse in 2008, I was looking up folks that refinished bathtubs. Budget Bathtub Refinishing was on my list, but I ended up choosing a different guy because he was cheaper (I realized looking back that it was only a difference of $50 or less). What a huge mistake! That guy left drip marks on the side of the tub and enamel on my white tiles. And over the course of about 5 years, the thin coat he put on wore off and left the bathtub looking perpetually dirty. Fast forward to last year in 2021 when I decided to get the bathtub refinished again and took the recommendation of my plumber to have Ken do the job. In short, Ken was phenomenal! He spent 2-3 days meticulously scraping off every last bit of the old coating, as well as the white paint that was covering the pink towel rack and toilet paper holders. Then, he papered the necessary areas in the bathroom, suited up, and treated the bathtub with its original pink color. It came out gorgeous! And now a year later, still looks shiny and new. Don't bother working with anyone else - if you want your bathtub refinished, Ken is your man! He's reasonably priced, AND will do absolutely the best, highest quality job for you!

Another Update -- National Floors Still Has Not Contacted Me…read more I contacted the town regarding the permit for my flooring job, and I was told that National Floors should have a representative there for the permit/inspection. However, National Floors still has not contacted me or made arrangements with me. The permit issue remains unresolved, and I have been trying to get this matter taken care of without getting any response from the company. I should not have to keep chasing a contractor to finish the permitting process for work they performed. I am simply asking National Floors to communicate with me and resolve the open permit and inspection issue. I hope someone from the company will finally contact me and take care of this.
