Disaster from the start. The fittings installed were not the ones we'd originally selected from their showroom brochures. Toilet cistern fitted with no isolation valve, and hung from one screw. Leaking shower warped the woodwork. Sink plugs (popup style) took three fitting attempts before they only leaked a small amount - why leave a plug fitting that lets a sink drain empty in under a minute in the first place? Both heated towel rails fixed onto plasterboard cavity wall using two conventional rawplugs, that then just pulled out within a few weeks. The list continues. Avoid. read more

Bathroom fitters that couldn't fit a bath. I am emptying the bath with a bucket as the plug and U bend are cracked. Took 7 weeks to complete a 2 week job. Were rude and hard to contact. DO NOT use this company read more
