We went from a small, weirdly placed island to a 10' island in the kitchen without moving any walls. Plus, the placement of appliances and spacing is perfect. They were straightforward about the pros and cons of all of the cabinetry options they offered. Some offer more "customized" features and some are more basic. They were very clear about price and timing differences and there was never any pressure to chose a more expensive option. We chose a non-custom option and are delighted with the outcome. From our initial meeting to completion, everything went smoothly. We were given clear details about timing and costs to manage our expectations. Follow up site visits were so appreciated. Their contractors and subs are absolute pros. Not only were they clearly meticulous about installation, etc., but they were all a pleasure to have in our home. Very respectful, neat, nice, and good at what they do. Truly a great experience from start to finish. Excellent customer service, professional, and great quality. With NO pressure to upgrade or spend more money EVER. We did that on our own after reviewing options. We love our new kitchen!

Alex's demo crew was a very hard working crew! Alex was attentive and was willing to answer all our questions. He made sure his guys cleaned up daily and removed any and all demo debris as they took our walls down and installed a whole new load bearing beam. He was respectful to his crew as well! He is a great crew boss. Electrician was very knowledgable. And the cabinet crew and trim crew were wonderful and so precise! There were others that I cannot remember everyone's names. Mistake after mistake with Greystone at times having to fix their initial "fix". Apparently workers did not look at the plans (a copy of which was on site). Phone desk to be lower than other cabinets initially installed at same height as other cabinets. Plans showed Mbath sink to be on left of counter but plumber moved plumbing to the right. Had to fix it. Plumber raised shower arm 5-6" contrary to plan and explicit denial of permission to raise it on day 1. They didn't want to fix it; I insisted. When lowered, no thread tape used on shower arm causing leak that had to be fixed under warranty. Leak caused white tiles to turn grayish. Research showed spec sheet said tiles were not suitable for shower floor; floor had to be replaced. Greystone initially refused to fix shower step plate issues which caused issues with shower door placement. Had to redo glass (and quartz on half wall in addition to step plate). Step plate tilted out of shower instead of in toward shower; had to be fixed under warranty. Contracted for regrout of Mbath floor (avalanche white grout). They did resurfacing instead. Old grout quickly showed through. First "fix" was smearing a GRAY substance over the grout/tile edges in those areas. They finally hired grout expert to do regrout contracted for. They had to lower the vanity after talking me into installing it higher because it hit me in a painful place when I reached for the faucet. Many other issues. Repeated theme: They didn't want to fix damage if it could be covered up or have something placed in front of it so it wouldn't be seen. In fairness, PM overseeing warranty work was great; went above/beyond to ensure things were fixed right. Does good warranty work make months of mistakes and stressful battles to get things fixed worthwhile? Decide for yourself.

The team includes Mason who offered design ideas and resources. The demolition by Chandler and Brianna was efficient and methodically completed while preserving the cabinets we want to reuse. The new cabinets were installed in 2 days! Madg managed the project and was on site daily to check on the trades and workmanship. He was immediately available by phone to answer questions. Our experience has been smooth with every effort to create an efficient timeline to lessen our inconvenience. All of the workers have been polite, professional and respectful. Great experience!

I had Bee Tree Homes knock down two walls, do a bunch of intricate crown molding, rewire a bunch of…read morelight switches and electrical outlets, setup a breakfast bar, cut and install some porcelain tile, lots of drywall installation, and put in some pendant light fixtures. Bee Tree Homes is run by Chuck and Katrina Hosea, both of whom were very professional to deal with. The work I had done was primarily accomplished by Thomas and Aaron. I am extremely happy with the results. The place looks like the walls were never there in the first place! My home was built in 1924 so nothing is straight, making it tedious to do any sort of renovating. But Bee Tree came through - the crown molding looks seamless, the paint job is perfect, and they even had to add some hardwood flooring, doing a fantastic job matching it to what was already there (hard to do since the floors are original). Simply put, everything looks perfectly seamless, which must have been difficult given the age of the house. Besides the excellent craftsmanship, they were very polite, courteous, and professional - not at all the "rough around the edges" types you can sometimes get. The one negative would be the communication. I was initially quoted 4-5 days to get the job done, but it ended up taking almost twice that long due to some unforeseen difficulties. No problem with the extension, but I was often left in the dark as to what exactly was going on. I'd often have to initiate the communication rather than Bee Tree being proactive and calling me up. However, when I did ask questions or have any concerns, they answered promptly and without sounding annoyed that their customer kept calling them. So in all, I'd highly recommend them for any sort of home renovation or remodel. You'll be very happy with the results, just be proactive with communicating with them.

He was very easy to work with a a quick turn around. This was for a stairway into a side door. Aqeel operates a very lean business. He drives his own car and the carpenter was great, but again drove his own car. (Saying this to set expectations). I sent him a picture of what ChatGPT had rendered and it was done in a few days (mostly weather delays). Would have wanted a little more transparency over the increase in price for a change order I made, but still happy with the pricing and finished product.
