Precision Tile and Remodel - Jeremy & Chris…read more We had an excellent experience with Precision Tile and Remodel. Jeremy and Chris recently completed two bathrooms for us, and we couldn't be happier with the results. They were always on time, incredibly professional, and brought wonderful artistic vision to the project. Beyond their skill, they were genuinely fun to have in our home, which makes such a difference during a remodel. They also kept the space clean and organized every day. We did have a small issue with one of the bathrooms, and what really stood out was how they handled it -- they came back immediately, fixed it without hesitation, and now that bathroom is just as perfect as the second one. Their workmanship, integrity, and attention to detail truly set them apart. We highly recommend Precision Tile and Remodel and would absolutely use them again.

Throughout the entire process, Ben and Ivy were fantastic to work with. They were always responsive, communicative, and genuinely helpful every step of the way. No renovation of this size is ever completely stress-free, but they always addressed our questions and concerns quickly and worked hard to keep everything moving. What we appreciated most was their commitment to meeting our deadline so everything was finished before our family arrived from overseas. They went above and beyond to make that happen. The quality of the work turned out great, and we're so happy with our new bathrooms and kitchen. Throughout the process, we felt pressured to proceed with the maximum financing available. We also did not receive a detailed cost breakdown from Ben and had to ask to speak to someone else. He told us many times "sorry, this is good as I can do, it's a bundle deal", which made us uncomfortable feeling like he was hiding prices from us. After obtaining additional estimates from other contractors, we were advised that several of the smaller handyman-type items included in the proposal appeared to be significantly overpriced. As a result, we requested that those items be removed from the scope of work. However, despite removing multiple services, the overall project cost remained essentially unchanged, which further raised concerns. We ultimately decided to limit the project to repairing our shower pan leak. At that point, Nathan informed that the company could no longer do business with us. Unfortunately, this left us feeling that the focus was more on maximizing the project value than on addressing our actual needs as customers. We value transparency, clear communication, and flexibility when making significant home improvement decisions, and our experience did not reflect those expectations.

We are so grateful to Stephens Brothers Construction for helping us build our backyard pool house…read more The quality of their work speaks for itself, and seeing their projects on Instagram gave us confidence from the start. In person, we were even more impressed by their care, precision, and attention to detail. They helped us get our foundation poured and ready to go quickly. They showed up on time, worked hard, kept the site remarkably clean, and helped us navigate Riverside County permits and inspections. Even though we didn't hire them for every stage of the build, they continued to answer our questions and stop by to check on our progress. That meant a lot to us. We could not have done our project without their help. They were kind enough to refer their subcontractors to is- so we could do our project as an owner builder. We wish we would have hired them to build the entire project. It would have been done so much sooner! Jeff and Joe are wonderful to work with. They both are extremely knowledgeable with all aspects of Construction on any project. They all know their stuff! Especially building things to code and navigating permits.. Zach is an incredibly hard worker, a true jack of all trades. He can do any job, and Mike is a legend--we were amazed by his energy and how much he gets done. The whole team is personable, honest, and clearly passionate about their work. They began our project without a deposit, and we paid only after their work was complete and we were satisfied. It can be hard to find contractors you trust, but we would gladly welcome this team back for any work on our home or yard. We felt lucky to have them involved in our project and highly recommend them. You won't have to micromanage this crew Or worry about anything. They will do the job well, keep things moving forward, pass inspections, and complete the job on time. No surprise costs or change orders. We are looking forward to having them remodel our kitchen in the future. We have worked with many contractors over the years and these guys are by far the BEST. They stand behind any work that they do and they always make everything better than they found it. Literally no mistakes with their work. Extremely satisfied customers! You will not regret hiring them! We only regret not meeting them sooner and using them to build our past projects. They would have saved us time and money! The lumber order was perfect too! No extra materials.

They are honest, upfront, hardworking, and genuine people. - Respectful of Family Life: We have small kids, and the crew went out of their way to always warn us before they started using loud tools. -Great Problem Solvers: Like any major remodel, there were a few unexpected challenges along the way, but they tackled everything with confidence.
