This was my first and last time coming to this location. I came in for a removal service, I had a set of acrylics for about a month and it was time to let my nails breathe. I had called earlier and they assured me they would be able to soak my nails off. Unfortunately when I got into the location, the owner tried to talk me out of soaking my nails off. When he finally agreed to proceed with the service and have them soaked off, the employee he put me with proceeded to physically rip my nails off of my hands. Instead of soaking my nails acetone, this man took a nail tip, proceeded to wedge it between my acrylic and nail bed then used as swiping/ sawing motion until the acrylics ripped off of my nail bed. All well, this was happening, I while this was happening I kept stating that my nails were supposed to be soaked off. I'm absolutely livid. My nails are completely destroyed. I would never recommend this place. Please save yourself and your nails and do not visit this location. read more

This nail salon is absolutely the best! The attention to detail, craftsmanship, and artistry is what sets this place apart from all rest. Michael and his staff create beautiful designs that no other salon can replicate and when or if willing to try will charge you an arm and a leg. A few details that for me are of important note: they always make sure that you cannot see any fill lines or lumps so that if you have a French or a classic design, it looks like a brand new set. The shape of the nail is always spot on and never crooked or lumpy. When doing your design, Michael will ensure it looks perfect and I mean perfect! If he doesn't think it is up to standard, he will fix it without you needing to even say anything. The spa chairs for the pedicures are high end and so comfortable. For the pedicure, they use a scrub, hot stones, and really clean the feet. I love that they use a board when painting your toes for your feet and the UV light. It is just a little extra that makes it a little more pampering. Their work is high quality and as a result you can be there for 3 hours for a both a gel mani and pedi but it is totally worth it! read more

The owner or worker at this place was very very rude!!! He made obscene gestures such as putting his hand to his groin and made multiple go F yourself signs ALL because I came out the laundry and complained he parked so close to me I couldn't open my passenger door. Instead of apologizing he was ready to assault me but turned around into his shop somewhat. I told him I was a veteran and how much I love this country and he STILL was making obscene gestures...VERY DISTURBING AND DISGUSTING!!! I WILL BE FILING CHARGES! This place was below average! The cost of the services was high and the quality did not match the price point. I went on Thursday and my nails started chipping Friday morning. I received gel and that's never happened before. I went with a bride for our bridal nails and her nails were chipped by Friday too. She gel with a powered overlay! The service was unacceptable. The bride had a specific style she wanted but instead of letting the bride know they couldn't accomplish the look, the technician proceeded to give her something completely different. I went for a manicure this morning with an 11am appointment. Waited 20 minutes before it was started. The clear base coat was not put on my bare nails. Two coats of clear polish top coat was put on over the nail polish. Four hours later my nails were still sticky. Top coat polish no good, to old. I put a top coat on with my own polish. I had a very nice first experience yesterday. As a walk-in I was taken right away. Very good price points clean and hooks for your handbag is always a plus. I got a uv gel fill and am very happy. I have been to 7 different places since moving to Pa from NJ recently. Having had my nails done for the past 25 years I am very picky. I am very happy to have found this salon. read more

I called first to see if I needed an appointment. They said I did not. It took a bit to find them because the address listed in Yelp is incorrect. But I finally found them. I entered & she asked if I was the 5:00 appointment. I said "no". It was about 4:45. She seated me at the pedicure station & started putting cold water into the basin. Told me to put my feet in. After my feet had been in for about 6 or 7 minutes she finally felt it and turned the hot on. She then added some sudsy stuff & sat down to do my pedicure. By then it appeared the 5:00 appointment arrived. My girl left me to seat her & start her water. She then rushed through my pedicure. Roughly. Several times I said "ouch" & she even acknowledged it once. I now have a very sore big toe with a nick on one side and cut into the quick on the other. I started coming to Bath Nail Salon many years ago and then just a year ago I moved back to NJ. I have tried salons in about 5 different places in NJ, but none of them come close to the quality I receive at the Bath Nail Salon. The guys are very aware of pressure for pedicures that they don't over do it. I watch the staff laugh and mingle with all the clients that you know you're in a neighborhood gem and not a hoitey toity snooty salon. The no cell phone policy is followed by clients and it's just a nice experience. I pay $50 for a gel polish manicure that lasts weeks and pedicure that I know lasts for 2 months. I now have learned not to mess with a good thing and make sure I schedule time to make the hour drive for quality. Literally the next day my nails were already chipping and usually my nails will easily last 2 weeks and still look great. This place is a hidden gem. Not surprised why people drive so far to come here. This place is awesome!! Everyone that works there is soooooo nice and the prices are super reasonable. The women that was getting her nails done next to me has been going there for eight years. I will be a lifer. Went with a friend for pedicures. His pedicurist was amazing. Really took care with his toes, scrubbed and massaged my friend's legs and feet, hot towel, and hot stone over both feet and legs. My pedicurist took her time shaping my toes which was very much appreciated. However, she barely used the scrub on my legs and feet. The hot towel treatment was quick. The hot stones, she ran lightly across the bottom of each foot and didn't even touch my legs. At the hot stone point she knew she had another client waiting which is why I believe she rushed through the rest. Then I got my eyebrows waxed. The whole time she was waxing me she was chewing some sort of candy and speaking with another coworker. When her phone rang she answered and put it on speaker right above my head on the table. When I stood up, I saw my eyebrows were straight lines with no shape. I pointed it out and she said, "No they aren't. I cleaned them up, that's all". Refused to fix my eyebrows. Well 1st I don't usually get my nails (pedi) done, but since my accident, its tough to cut my toenails. So, I went here as its local & I was in the area. It was OK, until the woman performing the pedi, kept digging around my big toe & made me bleed. Now I don't pedi, so I'm guessing that this shouldn't happen. I recently went to Bath Nails because a friend recommended them. I will not be returning to there. I asked for a Mani and a pedi . I was ushered to a chair and got started quickly. Another woman came over and finished up the pedi. Someone else started the manicure and still another person finishes it up. I felt like a ball in a pinball game. The price charged was more than the posted price. No explanation for the difference. Bad policy for a new customer. Maybe you need to be established to get the posted prices. In 3 days my gel nail polish chipped on 4 fingers. One of my nails was ripped off with the gel polish used. I was going away and had no time to get them fixed. This place was wonderful. Great atmosphere and the people where so friendly. Michael is amazing! Always ask for him! Seriously you will not regret it. He has clean cuticle work and his nails stay on for weeks! No lifting at all, so you might be able to go an extra week between fills, if you can handle the length. I would not go anywhere else! I get a pedi every 3 weeks to assure that feet look healthy, clean and neat. Michael is amazing. He takes care of my parents' ( age 81 and 92) feet as well. There is no salon cleaner, friendlier or more accommodating. I feel at home in this salon. read more
