The certificate was for highlights but I just wanted a curly cut. They said it was no issue and long as the service was less than the amount of the gift certificate. That was great. The girl spritzed my hair, added a deep conditioner, barely cut, and done. I was very shocked but polite and left. 119$ and I could have just got a deep conditioner at home. How would you as an owner appreciate spending almost $1000 on your hair, being forced to go back to the salon almost 4 times because" your color expert" can't get you the color you asked for, then over the next 3 months you lose ALL the hair your stylist lightened? How would YOU feel about that ? Be honest and dont use the customer service auto response "im sorry you felt you had a bad experience ". I didnt feel anything, it WAS an awfull thing to put trust in a stranger and then 50% of my hair break off.
