Special thanks to the Bathfitter team of Arron the plumber & Curtis the installer. Everything was started & completed as planned and looks great! Very professional company to work with and the finished product looks fantastic! Thanks for a stress free easy project!

    Sue G.

Tim and Jon arrived on time yesterday, they were friendly and courteous. They removed our bathtub, Jon handled the plumbing and Tim took care of the rest. We now have a beautiful walk-in shower with sliding glass doors!

    Terrible caulking

Unfortunately had to have bath fitter come back out after original installation because of strange staining that occurred to the corner of my tub. They were super helpful and told me they would have someone right out. Too bad the guy they sent out what a total jerk. He informed me how much he didn't want to do the job because it was going to "take all day". Ended up taking him four hours, and when he left, I found my door stop ripped out of my wall, my picture frame shattered and thrown in my window sill, and the worst caulking job I've ever seen in my life. I contacted the company and the manager told me he'd "look into it, and get back" to me. This was early August, never heard a word, never got an apology. Obviously not looking for a dime, this was a free of charge service call, but they could have at least acknowledged what had happened and perhaps apologized for damaging my property. Don't call this place.

Go anywhere else. They claim they sell acrylic but really what they sell it plastic. Youll be needing a replacement within a year.

This level of unprofessionalism is staggering. - Deceptive Materials: We were led to believe we were purchasing "eco-friendly" wood. In reality, the material is veneered particle board. This was never disclosed to us during the sale. - Toxic Odor: Despite their "eco-friendly" claims, the cabinets emit a heavy formaldehyde smell. It has been nearly a year, and the chemical off-gassing still hasn't dissipated, raising serious health concerns. Bottom Line: Don't be fooled by their "eco-friendly" branding. You'll likely end up with off-gassing materials and a company that plays games with your money. Save yourself the stress and find a reputable provider who stands by their word.

I live in a historical neighborhood on top of it all, so I needed help navigating a historical application review and qualifications for making historically appropriate updates to my home, and permitting. I sourced 8 companies for this project and while 5 of them were competitive on pricing, I chose Rite Window specifically because of Jay. The product options were explained to me, including custom option opportunities, in detail that I could understand. I felt Jay help educate me just enough to help me feel informed enough to make decisions on a financially expensive project. Every question I had was happily received and quickly addressed. Jay was even willing to go the extra mile and send me a sample product, as well as help me present to the historical society, so they would approve my project, when the odds were not in my favor. I sourced Rite Window because they had good reviews, like some of the other Boston area competitors. I narrowed my search based on their pricing and product quality, but I chosen them because of Jay's attention to detail, consistent communication and professionalism. Jay is truly proud of the organization he works with, and I hope they know just how valuable he is. Thank you Jay, and thank you Rite Window. I will be sending neighbor referrals your way, and you have my business for life.

Working with Katie was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. From the very first consultation, she took the time to understand my style, needs, and how I use my kitchen on a daily basis. Her design ideas were both creative and functional, transforming my space into something my husband and I could have only dreamed of, like his coffee bar! I'm not terribly creative, so Katie really helped me fill some of the gaps for decor. Communication throughout the entire process was clear, professional, and timely. Every detail--from cabinetry and lighting to layout and materials--was thoughtfully planned and beautifully executed. She struck the right balance between aesthetics and practicality, and I now have a kitchen that is not only stunning but incredibly efficient to cook and live in. The contractor team of Dave and Buzzy were also amazing, with constant communication and attention to detail, even while we were away for the better part of the remodel. I would highly recommend Katie and Right Angle Kitchens to anyone looking to reimagine their kitchen--you're in great hands!

We just purchased our first home and we were in over our heads making choices left and right (new floors, new lighting, new appliances etc.) We had very little idea if we were doing the right things, and if we were doing them right. But Nate (who is the mgr at the Woburn store but was at the Braintree store), made it SO EASY. Using the measurements we had (which were far from exact) and some photos he whipped up a quick visualization of what our kitchen could look like. This included knocking out a pantry, adding new drawers and new cabinets. Then he used the visual to help us pick out cabinets, handles and other details. With the first design, we didn't have enough countertop space to work with their fabricator (they needed at least 25 sq ft.) but Nate walked us through how we could find stone remnants and contractors to get that work done. Ultimately, with his help, we decided on a second design that made better use of the space and qualified us for their stone contractor. He was courteous, patient and LIGHTNING FAST with bringing our vision to life. As new homeowners, we cannot recommend his service enough!

Day of order delivery, GerrityStone calls us to tell us that they broke our quartz countertop at their warehouse. We ask them how much longer it would take to get an unbroken countertop. General Manager Mark Capuano tells us we need to receive the two broken pieces with a seam because "contractually he can put a seam anywhere he wants." Mr. Capuano offers us a "$250 gift certificate for a nice dinner" on our $17K order. We say no. He asks us what we want? We ask for our original unbroken countertop order to be fulfilled. He tells us that'll cost an additional $3,000. He asks if we would receive the broken countertop with an additional seam. We don't want to take the broken countertop, but we'll take it if we're given $2K in compensation. He tells us this discussion is a waste of a time and hangs up on us. GerrityStone comes back and offers us $500 to receive the broken countertop. We refuse and are still waiting to hear from them. Addendum * In GerrityStone's document, it specifically states "Seam placement should be discussed during the in-home template appointment...Final seam placement is at the discretion of the professional, and seam location may be able to be moved or eliminated in particular circumstances...Additional seams may be required based on the ability to maneuver a piece into position at the installation site." We reviewed and approved the single seam placement for our L-shaped kitchen countertop. GerrityStone is not moving a seam, they're introducing another seam due to damage to the quartz countertop under their supervision at their warehouse. Doesn't GerrityStone have insurance for damage like this? GerrityStone's website says "we will only be satisfied when you are"....we are definitely not satisfied.
