Communication was good, and the folks are nice. I'd say if you're looking for okay work at a great price, then go with Rock Hard. Technician filled it with a WIDE color epoxy and my granite is multi color. Sticks out like a sore thumb. Don't think so. We chose to hide it with a towel over it. Very disappointed.

Excuses were given like "not in their skill set". The plumbing, electrical, & painting subcontractors all did good work and we would use them again but never, ever MKB. So many redo's at every turn.
