Found some really good sweats in the 30% off rack and when we went to pay for them we didn't get the discount. We asked the cashier about this and said that we found them in the 30% off rack along with some others. She stated that someone must have put them there and refused to give us the discount. She then instructed her coworker to remove them from the rack. I stated that the right thing to do would be to give us the 30% off then remove them from the rack and she said, "oh well." I guess the customer isn't correct at Under Armour.

Besides clothing, there are home goods, luggage, decorating items, food, beauty supplies and much more. Prices are reasonable and customer service is usually right on. I suspect that it's not the sales reps' fault; I'm sure that a large part of their pay is commission based, and they are likely handed a script of sales drivel to deliver to unwitting customers, who they hope do not ask every possible question that would uncover hidden charges. Sales agent Bryce convinced my husband and me that our family phone plan (then 4 lines, $242/mo.) would not increase with the addition of an additional phone. Alas, it seemed too good to be true, and indeed it was. Our new bill is $299/mo., and we didn't even need the extra line (I took advantage of it for our 7-year-old daughter, who of course does not need a phone).
