Excited to try a black dress, I also picked out a perfume and some makeup. At home, I discovered that one strap on the dress was hanging by a thread and eventually snapped--clearly a defect. To make matters worse, the perfume bottle was cracked and completely empty. The receipt clearly states that items are refundable or exchangeable within seven days of purchase--and I was well within that window. So today I returned to Beautiful to exchange both items. I was told, "We don't allow exchanges on clothes--everything is checked before it leaves the store. You'd have to buy a new one." This contradicted the policy printed on the receipt. They also claimed the perfume was non-exchangeable--but ultimately made an exception and replaced it. The dress? No dice. It felt like a bait-and-switch: policies are printed in plain view but ignored in practice. If you're shopping here, beware--they won't honor clothing exchanges (or refunds), even when the printed policy says otherwise.

No they weren't busy stocking shelves, taking inventory or engaging with other customers. Instead both ladies standing behind the counter were glued to their cell phones. One was enthralled with an old episode of Maury and the other was trolling Facebook. I was in that store looking at several products for well over 10 minutes with no help!! Not a single word. Sure I can read labels and compare products on my own (which I did) but that is not what I came into the store for. I dont know if the prolonged Quarintine or "social distancing" has impacted the associates ability to perform their core role of servicing their customers. Going forward I will waste my time reading labels and figuring things out on Amazon!

During COVID-19 customers are asked/required to wear a mask otherwise you won't be able to shop. The staff doesn't really greet you until you reach the counter to checkout. The location recently added plexi glass. Parking isn't an issue, there is plenty. All in all it's a good beauty supply to stop in if you were looking for specific items. The variety is pretty good. I can find my Donna Karen Chaos and my Emporior Armani, Emporio Armani White, and Emporio Armani Night. So this is where I go for all my perfume. They carry EVERYTHING -- you name it. If they don't have it, they will special order it for you and get it in the store ASAP without charging shipping or fees. That's the type of place I love to shop -- great service, anything is possible. The owner can help you find anything. The prices are awesome... better than Sephora or department stores.
