The store is big, well organized and spacious which allows you to browse smoothly. They even have a sink where you can test their products which is neat. The staff here is super helpful and always ready to assist you. I tend to come here often to stock up on scented candles for my home when they're having their 2 for $25 deal on 14.5oz candles (reg $22.50 each). They have a ton of neat seasonal collections and scents for all products; twisted peppermint is my ultimate favorite scent from their winter collection! The lotions, hand sanitizers, candles, body washes and more are amazing here. If you're looking for thick and ultra-moisturizing body butter, I would suggest going to The Body Shop because the body butters here are watered down in comparison. Overall, this Bath & Body Works location is a great place to find cool bath, body and home luxury products for yourself and for gifting purposes. On opening day I made a special trip to Eaton Centre and got there when they opened at 10am. Not crowded which I loved. It looks like the new location will be a little bit larger in size which will be nice since the current one is a little cramped. This Bath & Body Works is set up much like the other ones that you're probably used to. There is generally a tester product that is open for you to sniff. If you have tried any lotions or soaps, they have a sink in-store for you to wash off any excess product. The summer flavours seem to be out these days as there were a lot of tropical (mango, pineapple) and vacation type scents (think beach and Ocean). They also had some fun sanitizer holders that were shaped like flamingos (complete with feathers) and one that was a sea turtle. They also have a deal right now that is $3.50 on all hand soaps and 6 pocket bacs for $10. I definitely got in on both of those deals. As always, the checkout is in the back of the store and my order was packaged neatly in their checkered blue and white paper bag.

He was also very knowledgeable about the different scents for the men's products which was so helpful. I purchase all my men's bath products from Bath & Bodyworks because they have the best variety.
