This store is in a great location. The plaza is huge with Publix and Kohls being the main anchor stores. I am often in this plaza and I finally had time to check out one of my favorite stores. You know, a store where you never can leave empty handed. I could easily walk around for a solid fifteen minutes, start to walk over to the cashier & then get completely sidetracked into looking at another table that I could have missed. I have been using the Bath & Body Works aromatherapy products for at least twelve years, if not longer. I was first introduced to the "energy" line when I was staying at a Marriott hotel. At that time, Marriott was using these products to furnish the toiletries in the guest rooms. I am not sure if they still are because I am now loyal to Hilton. I have been using the products ever since. "Energy" is a fresh and clean fragrance with ginger and orange oils. I keep bottles of the lotion in my office and in my home. The hand soap foams up nicely and I love it. I recently tried the "sleep" line. It smells wonderful with lavender and vanilla as the top notes. It's a soft scent and I use it after my nightly shower. I don't sleep well, and unfortunately this didn't help, but I still use it because I love the product. I am prone to migraines and certain scents can be a trigger. The aromatherapy line has clean scents and I can use as much of it as I want without getting a migraine. :-) The ladies in this store are very friendly and helpful. They directed me to the aromatherapy section and then helped me find a bottle of "A Thousand Wishes" body lotion. This is another fresh smelling scent that is made with shea butter and coconut oil. Love it! This store is tidy with plenty of nicely arranged displays. I found this location to be one of the better Bath & Body Works I have been in and I will be coming back often. When I was there the store was quite busy; yet I was still greeted. Within minutes I was approached to see if I needed help. I always need help, lol. Great location, helpful sales people, organized displays and they had everything I came in for. There is usually a sales promotion of some sort going on and the savings are always a treat. Saving money is always a good thing & who doesn't love a good sale? Not me, that's for sure. Don't even get me started on the large candles; because that would be another two paragraphs. We have visited this location a time or two because it's close to our home. Tonight it was busy, I guess because many people were shopping for Mother's Day tomorrow. Usually they would offer you a basket when you walk in, but I guess it was just too busy for that. We ended up buying body creams, body and hair sprays, car fragrances, pocket hand sanitizers, a car fragrance holder and home wall flower fragrances. The sales were great tonight. I had a 25% coupon in my email and I had the barcode ready at check out and I asked the woman if I could use it. She looked at me and was like what is that? She asked me was it my membership which I thought was weird because when I first gave her my basket to ring me up, she asked me if I had a phone number on file and I entered it. Never in my many years of shopping at Bath & Body Works did I ever have to scan anything for membership so I was puzzled at her question. I told her it was a coupon that she needed to scan. The cashier then took my phone and zoomed out to look at the email. I'm like it says you scan the barcode on your phone and I'm sure this wasn't the first time that a customer has used a coupon with a barcode on their phone. I found it quite invasive that she would grab my phone and zoom out to look at the email. Once she validated from reading my email that it was a legit coupon, she then scanned the coupon and must have scanned it a second time and told me that it says you can't use the coupon twice. I told her that she had already scanned it because the total had dropped from what it was before. I paid and was on my way. That experience rubbed me the wrong way. Nevertheless, I was still happy that I got a lot of stuff tonight at great prices with my coupon. The cashier could do better next time though. read more

Yesterday, we drove out to Hollywood on business and stopped by the mall on Sheridan St. We saw Bath & Body Works and remembered that we needed more candles. They had a good selection of candles as well as pump hand soap. Lots of sales going on inside! We were greeted once we entered the store, but after that, no one helped us. I think they need to hire an extra person. There were a lot of ladies shopping yesterday. Once we found everything we needed and decided on scents, we had to stand in a long line to check out. They need more help at this store. The cashier was going as fast as she could. Parking was right in front of the store with wheelchair accessiblability. My wife will probably a better writer to post this review as she purchases all the items here for our household. I usually just tag along with her and hold the shopping bag for her. But I still think this is a nice store. First of all, this place always smells nice when we walked in. Depending on your personal preferences, they have a large selections of products to fulfill your needs. They always have a tester for every products so you get to try them before you buy them. The store staff are always friendly and helpful to assist you which makes the shopping experience very pleasant I don't know much of the stuff my wife buys but my wife absolutely loves the soaps and hand lotions they carry here. Because the store is so cool sometimes my wife could spend 30 minutes to an hour here. I just wish there is a sports bar next door so I can just go there for a beer or two while my wife shops. If and when that happens, I can spend hours there watch a few sports games while she shops...LOL! Yeah like that will happen! read more

Nice store right next to massage envy . Had not been there in years but I liked the small hand. Sanitizer that you can hang from your purse with fragrance At the time they had 5 tiny hand sanitizer for 8 Dollar's. The plastic to hang it from 150 to 13.00 depending if you wanted a fluffy dog head , unicorn, dinosaur, avocado,doctor shirt,, rhinestones hanging, gold plate, a fox head, a tiger head and a few others. This store is the place for fragrance hand cream and sprays , candles and more. Come check them out ,parking is good. read more

Bath and Body Works how you spoil me! For a minute I thought about changing to another brand... My hands started cracking from darting out, and here I am running over for a soap emergency!!! Every time I come to this location the store is immaculate, the employees are cheerful, and I buy out the store (so to speak). I went in today and the manager was explaining how all of their soaps have been formulated. Now they have more vitamins to enrich your skin and their scents last longer. You're preaching to the quire sista `cause I already love this stuff! The only concern I had was that their new formula also meant new bottle shapes. If you are a frequent shopper and lover of BBW then you have the metal soap dispensers covers in at least one room. Well I have 4 (3 bath+1 kitchen) and they cost between $5-8... so I took a big sigh thinking that I would have to replace them all. The manager explained that I can bring in my old covers and exchange them for new ones! Now that's a company that knows how to treat their loyal customers. If you aren't a frequent shopper then the sticker prices may shock you. Don't worry about those pesky suggested numbers and pay attention to the package deals. (I can't call these sales anymore because there is always a deal. And their sales are even better especially their holiday sale! I'm here bright and early every Black Friday). For body soaps there is usually buy 3 get 3 free- a spin on BOGO. Note: If this ever was a flagship store I don't know, but it isn't now. This is a Flagship Store of Bath & Body Works and they tend to have stuff that the regular store doesn't carry. It's fairly large and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I could spend hours in this store buying stuff to beautify my body. They have really great sales...very rarely will I ever buy anything full price because I know it will go on sale eventually. The products are consistently good and they have a very liberal return policy should you end up not liking what you purchased. read more

Okay so this is a difficult review for me to write. I really like Bath and Body Works products, yet have had trouble with online ordering. Apparently, Bath and Body Works sometimes uses a freight company called Newgistcs. Look them up. They are horrible! My last order never arrived. I contacted BBW to inquire and was told to please give them more time due to COVID19. Well, I waited and at the one month point called BBW again and then they confirmed my order was apparently lost. They offered to replace the order, yet now some of the items I had ordered were now no longer available. So needless to say not happy with the customer service. They used to be so much better, yet I do realize that we are dealing with this darn corona virus. I, however, will not be placing any more online orders with BBW unless I know, for sure, they will not be shipped via Newgistics. read more
