Bath and Body Works has always been a favorite place where I shop for lotion and gifts. I love all the scents. My daughter hesitated when I wanted to go in and then she ended up buying the cutest Halloween Soap Dispenser. The store is very well stocked and the sales employees are super nice. Check out was quick and we left happy. The sales employee said by Halloween they won't have items left that's why they start the holiday merchandise sales early. She said look for Xmas items mid September! I am going to look for a location closer to home. There's lots of locations! read more

This Bath and Body Works store #81490 is located inside Queens Center Mall in Elmhurst, Queens. I am enamored with their aromatherapy body wash product line for many years. I needed to replenish my stock and came to this location to select from their wide selection of inventory, but low and behold this store #81490 only has "Stress Relief" out of the entire aromatherapy body wash product line as they were temporary sold out of other scents from the line aromatherapy body wash line. Eucalyptus for "Stress Relief" helps relaxes my anxiety from the daily grind of my Sisyphean Task. It was exactly what I needed but I hoped to purchase two (2) bottles and the other was the "Sleep." I need a mental health detox and aromatherapy enables me. Customer service was average as I had to flag for assistance to locate their aromatherapy body wash product inventory within this retail store space. I was not greeted nor inquired if I required assistance upon entrance, ergo three Yelp stars. Staff appears disgruntled who work methodically and robotically with a melancholy spirit. I wish this company would produce more aromatherapy products using lavender as a key ingredient. I am very enamored with lavender. read more

This Bath and Body Works store is the WORST the male worker follows stares at me I can feel him STARING so I move from White Barn to Bath Body Works side but when I get coughed on on the section of Bath and Body Works I go back to White Barn and once again this worker is following me while I'm having a conversation with another customer saying I don't like how I'm followed in the store he yells across the room and says "hes the manager" so what if he is he does NOT have the right to STALK ME. I shouldn't catch a MAN STARING AT ME MORE THAN 5 TIMES they makes me feel like they think I'm a criminal shopping at the store and then when I go back to Bath and Body Works side I have another female worker following me from candle stand to lotion stand back to candle stand. I feel like MULTIPLE RATS are tailing me where you don't let the customer enjoy themselves no personal space where your workers are following the customer left and right to and fro it gives me an uneasy feeling since pick pocket can happen anywhere and I don't want to look up and see a male staring at me and give me the excuse that he's the manager when I have done NOTHING WRONG. I'm writing this review because I think the management needs to change they need to stop acting like me the customers a criminal and it's just me it's not other people it's not other shoppers it's just me so I feel immensely targeted and I don't really appreciate that and this is a review for the very poor customer service I received from this Bath and Body Works store! read more

Queens center location the staff are really nice and helpful. Upon walking in two ppl greeted me and asked if I needed any help I advised them I have a list they gave me a basket and let me run wild. I spent at least 45 mins smelling everything and making my final decisions without being annoyed, or maybe I was the annoying one. Hm. Online shopping is limited idk why but great store. while waiting for a friend at the semi empty queens center mall(thank you former gov) i notice a bath and body works on the upper level and i do need some fizz bath balls , scented candles and lavender liquid soap, etc,. still love the smell and still love the buy 2 and get 3rd for free or whatever deal is going on . i spent 40 bucks and got enough nice smelling stuff to last me a while and the cucumber melon body mist is working its magic as i smell like a angel or maybe not. Good selections of personal items to smell nice like lotions , gels , body mist, deodorants, etc and prices are reasonable and decent quality. The staff are really helpful and friendly in this store. Within moments of walking in, I'm always asked if I need any help or a basket to hold any items I might be holding. I can tell that they're really eager to share their knowledge of the products. I absolutely love it when they have the 50-75% off sales because I get to pick up so many great products for discounted prices! And of course, the sink to wash hands is great in the instances when you've tried too many lotion/cream testers. read more

I placed an order online for the CocoShea line which consisted of the CocoShea Coconut and the CocoShea Cucumber. I absolutely adore the cucumber but the coconut not so much. The cucumber line is like a light mask that covers your skin with angel dust the moment you apply it. To keep up with my baby soft skin regimen I apply the refreshing body butter the moment I get out the shower. It's like I'm treating my body to a personal at home so a treatment. Let's not forget how long it lasts, hours on end. I have the entire line from the revitalizing face mask, refreshing body butter, moisturizing body oil, and the softening body scrub. The only thing I'm missing is the body wash. Being that I was not as impressed with the CocoShea Coconut as I was the CocoShea Cucumber I decided to return the coconut. As I'm perusing the store I decided I'd buy another CocoShea Cucumber body scrub. Unfortunately, it's been discontinued. Why Ohh Whyyyyy?! I have no idea. They should discontinue the coconut because it smells more like cocoa butter. I despise the smell to the umpteenth power. I'd like to give a big shout out to Jeanie, Gabby, and Adolfo for all of your help. You truly made my day. Not once did any of you huff and puff because I lost my receipt or that I wanted to exchange the free item I received of the CocoShea Coconut for another CocoShea Cucumber body butter. Haven't been inside a Bath & Body Works for 2 decades... but I was passing by and saw the 75% off sale and I needed some shower gel! The fragrances they have are not overpowering; I'm usually not a fan of strong perfumes and the ones I tested out smelled pretty good. Very fruity scents available. Watermelon, peach, etc! I tried one of their hand washes, my hands smelled so good and felt so clean after. Maybe I'll drop into this store more often... I definitely wouldn't pay full price... at $12-14 there's better options but at 75% off that's comparable to drugstore pricing. So I bought 2 shower gels to try since I wasn't sure how long the scent would last. It wasn't as strong... I definitely should've gotten the hand wash but they just so many options I couldn't decide. read more

This store has a bit of everything and is well organized, bright, and clean. If you are looking for bath care and body care products this is a great chain to shop at. They have a terrific men's selection of killer body sprays, shower gels, lotions, shaving products, and even colognes. No reason to smell rank and rancid especially when many of these products are on sale, and there are other dollar saving deals they run throughout the year. When I was looking around they were promoting a nice sale on all of the seasonal items such as hand sanitizers, lotions, and candles for Halloween, It's a great opportunity to pick up a few personal needs items or gifts. Staff is pretty helpful here too, but be aware they pounce on you as soon as you walk in with a cheerful "hello, can I help you find anything today". I typically visit Bath and Body works during their semi annual sales to rack up on lotions, body washes and candles. Every year I say I am not going to buy anything else because I always have so much junk from the year before. However, I just cant stop myself from seeing what I get for dirt cheap. Be prepared for the crowds during these sales but its definitely worth it and your wallet will thank you. The store itself is a always clean and sales staff are friendly and helpful. The store is located inside the Queens mall so there's always crowd especially on the weekends. read more

I've been to many bath and body shops and came across many employees with excellent customer service. However when I went today to the store I met Victoria and by far was exceptional she went up out of her way to help me to get more stuff so I may get a discount of $10 and as I was waiting back online she came across the cash register took the stuff off my hand and brought it back to the register. But I also saw her being so nice to another lady helped her with everything and pack her stuff on top of the suitcase. Victoria was amazing so helpful and willing to go out of her way to help you. Bath & Body Works is a great place, but their customer service is somewhat lacking....not always, but one time I came in here during slow hours and one of the associates gave me attitude (I don't see that associate anymore though). I loved their older scents. The latest collection is really strong in my opinion. I wanted to buy a lotion (something that I can carry around, that smells great for everyday, and that my partner can use too...). They didn't have much selection in that area. It was either too strong and I didn't like it or it was too girly. I can't wait until the new collection comes out. (In the future, if I like the scents, I'll be back to add a star xD) read more

I don't go above and beyond for lotions, but recently was on the hunt to find some good lotion for my skin. Truthfully, I think the price is a bit much for lotion, but when I get two free - then it is worth it! I loved how the staff was so helpful and showed me where the products are in the store. He even gave me last weeks candle promotion even though I was late for it ( 2/22, 3/33/, 4/44, etc) Besides that, I left my 10$ coupon at home and mentioned that to the cashier and as a courtesy, she honored it for me ! I have to say that the workers at BB&W go above and beyond to satisfy their customers! I def. will be back :) read more

Honestly the scents here were amazing! But I don't want to come back here because the sales associates were way too overbearing. They kept pushing me to buy everything I smelled and followed me to give me a shopping bag! Very annoying. My debit card got declined so I told them just wait as I transferred some money to my account. It only took 5 minutes (I did it on my cell phone). When I came back they had already taken the products out of the bag I was using and put them back on the shelves! Damn guys get a grip! I am not gay, but some of the scents in this place are really nice. I especially enjoy the scent of the antibacterial hand soaps that smell like foods, such as pumpkin, candy cane or oatmeal raisin cookies. read more
