Great customer service! They were slammed because of a soap sale. My online order wasn't ready within the normal timeframe because they were understaffed. When I stopped by to pick it up and it wasn't ready, they were really nice and accommodating and got my order together so I didn't have to come back. I don't live in the area, so I was really appreciative of that!!! read more

Small but mighty! This location is in a good spot near lots of other great stores and easy to get in and out of with lots of parking! The store is gorgeous, as is all the BBW stores! Prestine-ly laid out, staff was super friendly and smiling at the door as well as friendly and chatty at the register. GREAT experience all around! I did find the clearance sale spot in the back, which wasn't big but did offer some great deals!!! My fav, woohoo! I LOVE LOVE LOVE the mens line as well as the male-friendly candle scents!!! My husband has really gotten into the woodsy, leathery type candles for the shower so I'm super glad they have some here so I can get them when they're having deals! I've had a gift card (they don't expire) burning a hole in my wallet for over a year now. I went to a different (smaller) location looking for shower jelly and unable to find it. I had received some from a dogsitting client who worked there and picked up a bunch of items from the sample sale, so I wasn't even sure if they sold the shower jelly anymore. Fast forward to November this year. I see a facebook ad for a corgi car freshener holder. It's cute and corgis are part of my brand. I went online and found which locations had it. It's sold out at several locations in town. My mom had provided me with some coupons so I was all set to buy and save money. Let's talk safety. All employees are masked. They are sanitizing the card readers between customers. There are plexiglass barriers between the employees and the customers at the registers. They are limiting the number of people inside the store. They are encouraging people to shop with the paper bags so no reusable baskets are in use at this time. They do have reminders on the floor to keep 6 feet of distance between shoppers. Also, while they've always had them, there are two sinks with products so you can wash your hands. The car freshener holders are all put into two bins. I had to dig through to find the one I wanted. Not great if you don't want to share germs or viruses or if you want someone to see which styles are in stock. My biggest score besides the corgi car freshener holder was my peach bellini hand sanitizer. The holiday fragrances are front and center and it just happened to be on top of the display case. With my 20% coupon, and free item (up to $14.50) and sales, I got the corgi car freshener, three car fragrances, 5 mini hand sanitizers, a hand sanitizer holder, and a full bottle of lotion for $23.25. I learned from a friend's post that they were having their semi annual sale. I had to go since I love their stuff but not their prices. Trouble was finding one in metro Columbus. I remember their was one just north of where I live, but it was closed with a sign that it will open in August in a new store front nearer to Target. Back to Yelp to find another one. Google maps also had trouble leading again, 3rd time that day - wonder if someone planted a bug in its software, but found the store. I was just surprised how small it was. The store in a dying mall in Monroe, MI is even bigger. What did they leave out of their normal merchandise selection??? The kind of fruity smelling choices that I love seems what they left out of the mix. I did find a few choices in the $3.95 sale boxes, but really nothing on the regular shelves. Country apple, Pearberry, and Georgia peach was there. Saved lots of money for the quality of the product that way, but they could have sold more to me if they had the selection. Maybe I am out of step with the young trendy customers, but us older set-in-our ways do have the funds to treat ourselves also. Brick and mortar stores are having a hard time lately, but maybe going after those post 40s and our tastes might help. We are the ones who grew up shopping in stores not the net. Normally I would have given 5 stars, but lack of selection stopped that. read more

So easy to go and spend money here! I am in love with making rooms smell like however I interpret the season. So winter I am all about Cinnamon and sugar cookie scents and summer I am all for fruity and tart scents. I watch sales and am on the mailing list to make this habit of mine at least not as expensive. This particular store always have very friendly staff and is very organized and clean! read more

So far not so good. One candle down. The throw is weak and it didn't last nearly as long as it should've. The smell was nice but it didn't fill the room. Even after placing the candle in a smaller area it didn't equate to a $25.00 candle. Now I see why many people wait for the sales. I wouldn't go back unless they have a 95% off sale. I'm hoping the next candle will have better throw being that it smells strongly without having been lit. My expectations are low. I would like to try some of the new hand soaps though. I went in to the store this morning for the $8.95 candle sale. The girl handed me a cardboard candle holder, I chose my candles and went to the checkout. The 2 ladies at the register were talking about how many candles they had at home and which ones were their favorites...............HELLO..........I'm the customer and I really don't care how many candles you have. If they said anything to me it was ......."is your email correct and what is your phone number" RUDE !!! I work in Customer Service and they need to train their employees who they are working for !!!!! read more

My favorite B&B in the area. Always clean, always has plenty of product. The sales staff is very friendly and helpful. I do love that they want to help, and I understand that corporate encourages them to be very friendly with customers; however, I always get slightly annoyed when I get bumped more than 3 times. I mean.. I like knowing what your favorite candle scent is, but you don't have to stand there to see if I'm going to buy it too! read more
