I love B&B works! They have a huge selection of products in so many scents, there is something for everyone. Lots of product testers so you can smell each item. With the major product lines, they have co-ordinating items including Bath & Shower Gel, Body Lotion, Spray etc. More often then not, they are on promotion. Buy ...& Get ... Free. Same with the soap - if you purchase just one it's almost 9$ including tax. However they just did a quick promo that had the soaps only 3.25 each. Be sure to get on the mailing list, as this is where you will find out about sales, promotions and the occasional Coupon (mainly via Facebook ) There is never any lack of staff. They are eager to assist, and you will be asked a number of times if you require any assistance. My usual body lotion is from Crabtree and Evelyn because of the texture. It dries really fast with no sticky feeling or residue. But now that Crabtree and Evelyn pulled out of the market a couple of years ago (I do not online shop plus they moved the manufacturing out of the US so I am not sure if the quality remained the same), I had to look for a similar body lotion again. I always felt the regular body lotion at BBW is not as good as C&E until I tried the aromatherapy range. I like that it comes in a glass pump bottle. That makes it easier to use. The lotion itself is easy to spread and apply. The formula seems better. It is a bit quicker to absorb and not as sticky as the regular range of body lotion. So happy I gave the body lotion a try again here. The aromatherapy body lotion will be part of my staple. The only unfortunate thing is that they keep changing the scents every season. I found one (Hot Springs Spa) but it has been discontinued after 1 season. So disappointed it is gone. I hope they will bring back the series again. read more

The staff was super helpful and one batch of items we did a walk through of the store and I mentioned I wanted scrubs and this gentleman helped me walk the store and pointed out items I might like and while we went I grabbed the ones that I wanted. Made the shopping experience much quicker and easier as there's simply so many choices. I'm really in love. With the honey milk ones. Wish they did shampoos and conditioners. I would be in heaven hahaha read more

If you love soap, you'll love this place. It's a germaphobe's heaven. I first discovered this place when it wasn't available in Canada. Everytime we crossed the border we would come back loaded with all the bottles of hand soap and tubes of anti-bacterial gels. It was amazing because everything smelled so yummy and delicious without that overbearing overly scented feel. Anyway, was pretty excited to discover they were coming to Canada but surprisingly, I haven't bought nearly as much stuff as I use to. Yay for my wallet. That being said, I still really like this shop. It's got an amazing selection of soaps and what nots.. in a million different scents to please every palette. It's all pretty, cute.. just perfect for generic gift giving. If I had one negative thing to say.. it would just be that I wish there was a better selection of non anti-bacterial stuff. I think we use it too much.. but that's a personal opinion isn't it and really nothing to do with the store. :) read more

I absolutely LOVE this place!!! As a chain, I've never experienced bad customer service. Their employees are ALWAYS excited to help which isn't easy to find anymore! I went during the semi annual sale and saved a lot of money. I'm completely obsessed with their candles but they go for $24 each. Which is a bit much for 1 candle so I wait for sales and coupons! If you haven't tried their candles, you better get on it! You'll be HOOKED . I'll post a picture of all my goodies!! Oh yeah, always go online and search for a coupon! I adore the products, and the philosophy of this store. I also love the savings from my membership (helpful hint: if you join the month of your birthday, they will let you use your "birthday gift" to pay for your membership fee!). Keep an eye on the sales and you can get good deals; I have *never* paid the list price of $18 for a full-sized body butter, usually only $10 which is a significant savings by my reckoning. I also love that every single flavour of body butter has a tester -aromatherapy heaven, for free :) read more

They do have a lot of artificial smells but it's still a nice store. Love their lip gloss or lip balms though. My go to Bath and Body Works are usually Metrotown and occasionally Coquitlam Centre. Very reasonable prices and nice customer service. read more

I *LOVE* products from The Body Shop and I have never had a bad experience at any of their stores, but this one just happens to be the one I frequent the most. I stopped by today to peruse some body lotion and behold! They now make a vanilla body butter! I love their vanilla body products and the fact that they now make a body butter just made my day. The ridiculously hot sales boy didn't hurt either. Hot sales staff aside, the customer service at this store is impeccable and in the almost ten years of shopping here I have yet to be even slightly disappointed by anything they have to offer. read more

I am a regular shopper at this store. Not only do they offer great quality products, they also have top notch customer service. Each time I am there, I am warmly greeted by the staff (even when I'm not buying anything). They are always super helpful, yet honest, and knowledgeable about their products. I like how they are always having great deals such as buy two get one free, buy three get three free, which is always a bargain for me. i LOVE their body care lines such as green tea and pomegranate. Nice prime location on upper floor by the elevators in main atrium. Used to check out men's shaving products but boy, have my tastes been more refined now over the years lol. Now it's all Art of Shaving but I digress. when I used to shop here, I would get their body moisturizers only. WARNING!! Today I learned that when ordering products online stores are unable to refund the purchase back on to our credit card. I made a online purchases a few weeks back and wasn't really happy with the products so I brought it back to the store for a refund. I had to wait a good 20mins for the manager and for them to ring up people which was a bit disappointing. The staff member on cash was really nice and friendly and wanted to explain everything to everyone which was good but took a lot of time which added to me waiting in line aimlessly. When it was my turn everything went smoothly ringing things in but when it came time to refund me they told me that because the last four digits wasn't on my invoices on the packaging or online in the website they couldn't refund it onto my card and could only offer me a gift card. Very disappointing considering I've only just made the purchase a few weeks ago and online it assured me that it would be refunded in the original form of payment. So I kept trying to see if some way I could access a receipt with the credit card when finally the manager came over and asked me for my credit card and told me she could refund it for me. A bit of a hassle in my opinion but I got my money back and overall I'm happy with the way they handled the situation. The manager even gave me advise about on products that might work out better. read more
