After I walked inside it was nothing like they had promised. Alright, there are holes where the samples are supposed to sit, but it is either empty or the sample is extremely beat up. When I asked someone if there is another tester somewhere, perhaps they could open one up (WHICH IS WHAT SEPHORA DOES, BY THE WAY), she shrugged like she could't care less and said "no". There is also no tissue or any other disposable applicator for you to comfortable test anything, even though the containers for them exist. When I asked for tissue they said they don't have any, and gave me the tiniest cut up makeup sponge instead. I wandered around in the store for a good 15-20 min, and no one approached me. Yes, I was dressed up. Yes, I looked like I was ready to buy something. Sometimes at Asian places if you look like a bum they don't bother approaching you. It shouldn't be like this but it is the ugly truth. But even then, if you flag someone down and ask for help, they would be willing to help you, albeit reluctantly. I asked someone for help, even though she was with another client, I was willing to wait for my turn. Instead of saying things like "sorry I'll just be a moment", she simply told me they're really busy at this time maybe come back later. Basically none of the workers look like they wanna be there. I gave this place a 2 star because it is bringing K-beauty products to a centralized place and I will probably succumb and buy something in the future for lack of alternate outlets. This is where I come for new collection nail polish. They have every possible shade of OPI available! The collections are so quick to update that I can always find the newest collections of OPI there (in stores) before anywhere else. They carry new collections in all the other brands too. Pretty much if you can't find the nail polish/product you want at your local drug store, you can almost definitely find it here! Buy more, and the price comes down per bottle. It starts off at just under $10. With each extra bottle you buy, the price comes down by a $1 per bottle! It's a pretty sweet deal for a nail polish addict - me!!! The staff... I never want to talk to them because they can be so pushy. Although I have no problem saying no, they are relentless! The trick is to tell them you already know what you want. I still browse the shop sometimes out of curiosity. The rest of the stuff are pretty pricey, so I don't buy anything from them, except nail polish!

I was looking for something to lighten up my break out marks and the sales, Mandy, recommended me this serum from Green Envee (1st time) and Guinot (2nd time). Both worked like a charm and I how they have lots of different products and brands! Plus a bonus Sanrio corner (my favourite)!! Whether if I make a small purchase, big purchase or even no purchase at all, they gave me lots of free samples to try out! I literally got a routine set sample for both my mom and I w/o dropping a penny down one time! What more can I ask for? Its a way to do business keeping ur customers but if the prices are the same for some of the brands you can find elsewhere ie. The Bay, Sephora, Murale, etc. why not get it here when u can get a $10 coupon for future purchase, gift with purchase (depending on which brands) and lots of free samples?
