It was just insulting. I literally couldn't look at or touch anything without an employee breathing down my neck, very obviously being told to do so over headsets by the manager, who seemed to have nothing more important to do. She certainly didn't seem to care how long the line to check out was or that there were only two cashiers (which seemed wrong to me seeing as how it was a busy Friday night during their Semi-Annual sale). I guess harassing innocent shoppers to keep them from stuffing $3 lotions in their bags was way more important! I've never had an experience like that in any store and I've already written a complaint to Bath & Body Works about this location. Making a perfectly good customer feel like a criminal FOR NO REASON is just bad management. Downstairs they are friendly and will let you shop in peace.
