Wish I read these reviews before I patronized this establishment. I placed an online order several weeks ago waited approx 2 weeks for an update or tracking number nothing came so I cancelled as I was leaving town for vacation and didn't want a package delivered with nobody home. Decided to give them a 2nd chance so placed an order 7 days ago. I emailed today requesting an update/tracking #. The owner Robert writes me back with this: "Any further orders will not be excepted. We're not Amazon with next day delivery. Do a chargeback if desired. Best, Robert" I'm expecting he'll respond with some passive aggressive reply like he did with others or something about how Covid derailed his business. My advise find another business that knows something about customer service and spend your money there. read more

Based on the reviews below I am guessing I had the pleasure of the same guy everyone else has had to deal with during the issues with their order as I had the same issues the last couple months. I have been trying to reach them since early august to resolve order issues and could not get a response. We had been using them for years no issues other than shipping delays. First time trying to reach out to customer service from their contact me section. No response to emails or calls until i mentioned to dispute the charge which we were charged despite his refusal of payment. The person responded short and passive aggresive. Will never recommend or give our business to such a rude and unprofessional business again. Buyer beware i thought these reviews couldnt be so as we never had an incident but its really not worth the headache or supporting a business where an owner cares so little and disrespects his clients. read more

Bath and Body Lab - Email from business owner - Massage Near Me - Rochester Hills, Michigan

I have to say I've done business with this company for years and I've had nothing but quality scrubs and lotions, but to mention so much more. They go out of their way to help me when I need it. Great employees and despite the pandemic they've always been on time with my orders. read more

I was researching some products and ran across this amazing site. I placed an order for some products, even received a confirmation number. I patiently waited for my package. Well after 2 weeks I returned to the site and punched in my order number only to be told that no order existed. WTF?!? I called them directly only to get a recording. I left a message for a return call. Meanwhile, I decided to check my business acct. and realized they didn't even deduct money. I was really disappointed and wonder how anyone can run a business and not RUN a business. I would have at the least expected and email or call apologizing or explaining the problem. So disappointed. read more

My order disappeared and can't be found. Very odd. I realized other people had the same problem. I will avoid them at all cost in the future. read more

I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years now and have always had an excellent experience. From placing online orders to receiving shipping confirmations (and very quick shipping I might add!) this company has been top notch! I will continue to support this business as long as I am in business! read more

I love this place! Their products are wonderful, especially their whipped body butter. Sandalwood is one of my favorite! The scent is so light and refreshing, all of my friends always want to know what I'm wearing. I feel so smooth, especially in the winter months. . I think I have tried just about all of their products, never disappointed. The customer service is on spot, my order is always received when promised. I would highly recommend these products, you won't be disappointed! read more

I have been using Bath and Body Labs for years. Their product is of the highest quality and their customer service has always been exceptional. Twice we have received product where the packaging was destroyed by the shipping company. They sent a new one out immediately, and took care of the shipping company themselves instead of me having to file a claim. They have always been responsive when we have questions, and orders are shipped within 3 days. They have had a pretty rough time with the restrictions imposed on their area during Covid, but have always apologized and explained the situation. They are doing the best they can during these unprecedented times, and I appreciate how hard they are working to get orders shipped. I have had several interactions with Robert, the CEO and have always found him to be receptive of any issue (because no company is perfect) ,and worked immediately to resolve my issue, send out replacements, etc. Knowing that small spas are counting on him so they can conduct business, he does everything he can to make sure business owners are taken care of. I highly recommend Bath and Body Lab products. We use it as our in house spa line and retail product as well. Customer love it! read more

I'd like to give this company zero stars but Yelp forces me to give at least 1 so that's what Bath and Body Lab gets. I am shopping around for products to use in my massage studio and have twice placed orders for various sample sizes of product from Bath and Body Lab. As other uses have said, twice my order was cancelled with no communication from this vendor. No email to explain why the order was cancelled, no reason given. The orders were just deleted as if they never existed at all. I wouldn't be that upset but twice now I have submitted credit card information to this company. Who knows what they intend to do with that info? To their credit, no money has been removed from my account for either order but I will be watching my bank statements more carefully than normal for a good, long time. What a waste of time and energy with this "company". Never again. There are plenty of wholesalers who would love to have my business. read more

I placed an order online. Have never heard of them or seeing any reviews online and I decided to take the risk. Liked the web site. The shipping came at a reasonable time and the packaging was good too. I ordered some fragrance oils, but they are too diluted and they have a very light smell to them. Really not worth spending your money on that. Overall, I will use them, but not for their fragrances. read more

(Wrote the same review on Google) Placed an online order, and I received confirmation email on 7/05/2018 stating my payment was approved and my goods were shipped; however, I did not get a tracking number. When I log onto my account, it says my order has shipped and tracking "may be available". I am not sure what "may be available" means, so I emailed the company multiple times requesting tracking information. I did not hear anything back, and it has been weeks. I also called the provided phone number, it went to voice mail (claiming all customer service reps were busy with other customers), and I left a message providing my order number, phone number, and I request tracking information. It is 10/17/18, and I still have not heard back. I did give up trying to contact, and have been checking all credit statements closely. At this time, it does not look like the payment was taken out, but it was it was a sketchy they would not respond with shipping information. If you are interested in ordering from this company, I would suggest trying to call and order over the phone, as this online order process/entire experience has been pretty sketchy. read more

I received the product as ordered. Shipping was fairly quick which was also nice. I am happy with my purchase and will buy again.
