I had allready used a plunger and an auger to free it, but it appeared to be further down than just the toilet. So they took the toilet off the base and checked that out, which I also checked out, and the line was frozen. That could be very possible that had something in the line that was blocking it from going out. They said they could try to work on that but it would be very expensive, so I declined in knowing Spring would be here eventually and possible get and opportunity to free it then. Beside the fact, that since winter will be here for a while it would probably freeze up again and the cost would not be worth it in this time period. In the meantime I am using a potty seat for the disabled and have a portable septic tank to empty the pail into which is working out fine now in the meantime until spring comes. But my kitchen and bath water are going down freely, so of no major concern right now.

Not a single job has been completed. He did remove a lot of the basement floor. He did remove the old radiators, but left the pipes sticking out of the floors. We have one Navian heating system, instead of the two promised, installed for all rooms but the primary kitchen. We do have AC for the third floor with a dripping condensation drain going into a vent pipe that is not supposed to be open plus condensation dripping from a ceiling ventilation duct. We learned he was not a licensed plumber so plumbing installation was halted by the City Inspector; hence we have one small bathroom sink, a dripping tub, and one toilet. That is about all he has done. To top it off he has not shown up for over three weeks nor returned our text for two weeks. So we are taking matters into our own hands and (1) finding a licensed plumber to make our house functional.(2) Another heating/AC company to finish the work he started.(3) And, as you know, LM Masons to repair our basement. Lesson learned! Don't trust someone over the Internet. Though, apparently he has neglected to perform work in a timely manner for people that live here too. Sigh... it is such a shame. He is a caring father who has very poor work ethics.

I hired S & J Electric - Jonathan who is the owner of this establishment. He came and did the work for me, just to find out that he has done things AGAINS THE CODE/RULES. Cost of his work was $4000 - lots of money for the work that was done wrongly and putting my family at risk. At this time I have to hire people to come and correct the issues that Johnathan caused or created. I have contacted Jonathan and informed him what the inspector said that his work did not pass the inspection and that his work needs to be corrected. At first Jonathan was angry and said that he doesn't want to waste his time coming back to correct the issue, but after while he promissed that he will come and correct his mistakes - no show ups few times. This is very unfortunate as I really liked the Johnathan and his father and have hoped that I have found a good electrician that I can utilize for many projects in years to come. Now I have to report him to the governing entities.

We have been using TSK Heating and Cooling for just about 10 years. We first met Todd with TSK in…read more2010. We hired him to service a 20 year old Carrier A/C on its last legs. He kept it running for another year and half and in mid 2011 we used him to to put in a brand new furnace and central air. It was a pretty straightforward job. He replaced our old oil fired furnace with a brand new natural gas Carrier Infinity furnace and central A/C. We had no issues with that equipment when we sold our home 8 years later in 2019. Fast forward to 2020. We purchased a new house with Geo Thermal heating and cooling. We were excited for it until a month after moving in (November) the heat stopped working. Only one company in the area works on geo thermal and they determined it had a massive leak in the loop system in our yard, but they did not know where. They were kind enough to let me know that the loop system is 100 year life span pipe! Well apparently it isn't. Rather than invest major bucks in a brand new loop and with winter fast approaching we again called Todd with TSK. This time around TSK had more work to do. While our home had natural gas, it was built with Geo Thermal so there was more work to do putting in conventional heating and cooling. Todd and his crew got rid of the Geo Thermal system and had us up and running with a brand new high efficiency Lennox furnace and central air. He got the furnace installed fast, the night he completed the work we went from 30 degree weather to single digits. I can't say enough good things about TSK. I did get other quotes and TSK by far was they cheapest. Even if TSK was not the cheapest I probably would have still hired TSK as I know they do quality work and stand behind what they do!
