It was per our neighbor's recommendation. We made the appointment 2 weeks ago and was told they would come out to do the quote Saturday at 8am. Saturday at 8am came but when an hour passed we called checking in as to what was up. The woman on the phone (who answered "hello" without saying the business name, weird) said he was on the road.
