Yenny came over for an estimate and was very kind. Everyone who came for the initial deep cleaning was just as kind and worked so hard -- they really got into the nooks and crannies of areas in my home I haven't been able to reach in a long time. My home hasn't felt this clean in forever, and I truly wish I'd done this sooner. It's affordable for the size of our home and went beyond my expectations. Highly recommend if home cleaning services are something you've been debating and can fit in your budget. Money well spent. I already feel so much lighter. Thank you, Yenny and team!

It had been a long time since I'd had my home professionally deep-cleaned because the service I…read moreused is no longer in business. After my husband's heart surgery in March and preparing for my daughter's graduation party, I was feeling completely overwhelmed trying to keep up with everything as a mom of three kids living at home, ages 15-21. I'm honestly the only one in the house who really notices or cares when the deep cleaning falls behind, so I knew I needed help. After reading reviews, I decided to take a chance and hire A & M Cleaning, and I'm so thankful I did. I knew my 2,800 sq ft home would require a true deep clean with two workers and expected it would probably take around 8-9 hours. They arrived right on time and immediately got to work upstairs. What I appreciated most was that they didn't rush. They took the time a real deep cleaning requires and spent over six hours upstairs alone, making sure everything was thoroughly cleaned. Honestly, my house probably needed two full days -- one for upstairs and one for downstairs --, but they were kind enough to stay and finish the job, working over 13 hours total. They communicated with me throughout the process about the time and the amount of work involved, which I really appreciated. As someone who normally does all the deep cleaning myself, I know how exhausting and physically demanding it is. It meant so much to finally get help tackling the areas I'm usually too tired to fully get to. My doors, baseboards, blinds, floors, railings, showers, and so many other details now look sparkling clean. I would much rather pay a little more for cleaners who truly take their time and understand what an actual deep cleaning entails, rather than rushing through the job. A & M worked incredibly hard, were respectful and thorough, and I will absolutely hire them again. I'll also be recommending them to my friends and family.

When I tried to discuss the pricing, Jose was rude, talked over me, and even said he had "Googled my home" to justify the charge. Otherwise they always did a great job and we valued their work. Elisa seemed very professional. We paid her consistently, and tipped her cleaning ladies pretty well. I even gave them gifts occasionally to show our appreciation. Sometimes I had to cancel last minute. I have chronic illness and recently had a newborn. I always communicated with Elisa nonetheless, which she seemed good about. I noticed in the last couple of months her communication was declining. I'd ask for a date; she'd respond to me a few days later, then a couple of weeks later, and fill me in when she had cancellations last minute. Last month she stopped responding to me altogether and left me hanging which was unlike her. I had a gathering the following day which my house unfortunately wasn't completely clean as I hoped, since her staff NO SHOWED on me. Tried calling her, and she just never responded. Such a disappointment. Unprofessional and shady on her part. It's a real shame we can't rely on them anymore.

This is what I found under the burner. Dust hanging from, and dirt on the baseboard under a cabinet. Dirt on the floor immediately after they left. There was a lot more, but I was already limping from taking photos. A windowsill. Again, I don't feel like limping to them all, to take photos. I haven't checked, because I can't pull the couch or futon out to see if anyone got behind and under them. Floor in front of the freezer, and a bread tie. Left sliding door track. Right track. Sliding door frame. See where our cat likes to rub against the light switches, wall and door frame? Silverware and spatula drawers. I suggested the inserts could go in the dishwasher, but an owner noted they'd not fit. This was seen during the walk through. When they came to clean, I mentioned it again, and again was told they'd not fit. I "think" I said they could be hand washed. Why would you not offer to wash them in the sink for an extra $20? Or just wipe them out?! They took them out to clean BENEATH them. How do I know? Everything was rearranged. I highly encourage taking pictures before removing items from a cupboard or cabinet. Cast iron skillets are HEAVY. They were in one cabinet but when they were done, some were in another along with our stainless-steel pots and pans. And in front of the stainless-steel pots and pans. Update: 5:14:'25. Kelsey asked that I call her to discuss the issues. I did. Had she started with an apology, our conversation may have been different, and my review updated with a thank you for a clean house. Instead she started by telling me I should have called before posting a horrible review. I do thorough and honest reviews. Check other reviews I've done. Masters Auto body repair, AT&T phone store, Valley psychiatry. I've done 22 reviews on both google reviews and yelp. You get a 5 star review or a 1. What's the point of three stars? Long winded, raving, above and beyond, reviews or a review like this. YOU deserve to know what I perceive to be a job done poorly. That's what they're for. She said they don't put things in the dishwasher. They're dividers for silverware. Wash them by hand! Wipe them down! Tell me it'll cost me another $20. She wanted to discuss correcting those issues. Had she started with an apology I would have been open. Why not start by discussing the sliding door tracks, those MASSIVE cobwebs, windowsills, the counter, under the stove burners, dust hanging from cupboards and cabinets, the area under the UPS's, the light switches, and the floor? Instead, I was almost made to feel it was all MY fault. She said they don't take things out of cupboards and put them back. How, prey tell, did the iron skillets get relocated? They do, and DID pull things from the cupboards because they are ALL rearranged. I watched them start. She told me the iron skillets WERE put back where they got them from. During the conversation I think I got three words in before being interrupted and talked over.
