Phenomenal food.. you wont find a bad dish wherever bates farm express is located. The chef takes his food more serious than many take their lives and thats a great thing when it comes to tastebuds and my belly. Time and effort and immense care go into each item and it shows. Bite into whatever you get and take a moment of silence as your mouth and brain witness that which would be seemingly tasty menu items anywhere else, elevated to new heights of deliciousness. Established in 2020.

I'm Chef Clint Bates. I have been cooking for a long time at my own restaurant I used to have called Bates Farm Kitchen which was #1 on yelp in the area and Chef at Greenhouse Tavern in Cleveland. Recently I have been operating a food cart to finance the food trailer at Bulldog Auto on 101 I am currently operating in. I graduated from Pennsylvania Culinary Institute and have worked under some great Chefs that have taught me about fine dining and Farm to Table cooking.
