I was talking to John, who took the time to explain everything to me. He had the opportunity to take advantage of me and have me do extra work, but he never tried that. I asked him to see if my front brakes need changing as well, but he told me that it is too early and no need to spend the extra money. I was also concerned about the bearings of my lexus. He test drove the car and assured me that they are OK. The reason I started going here is because they are very honest and do not cheat like the places I have been to before. Not to mention that I love their prices as well. I find their staff very friendly and I always leave satisfied! Vince

It's was easy to pay at time of pickup for my vehicle by a text link and email option because I was coming after they closed. Also they told me they do send out coupons in the mail. Everything seemed to go well and the car drove a bit smoother after the alignment. The owner remarked that the car definitely needed it as well. The price was reasonable. It would have been five stars if there was wifi. There seemed to be a network, but I didn't ask for the password because when I asked on the phone when scheduling, the women said there was no public wifi. Just a bit annoying to be in a waiting area for an hour with no access to wifi during working hours. I'll definitely come back here if needing another alignment, but I'd probably opt to drop the car off & come back next time.

Got two different stories on what was wrong g with first engine. Then no communication again for days. Again when we finally got through they gave us a run around of what was happening. Basically just placing blame on other people but themselves. And whoever I was talking to threatened me. Then told my daughter I wasn't allowed to call anymore. So I called head office to let them know what was going on and they got pissed off cause I called head office on them. Had my daughter's car for over three weeks. In all that time they called us once. All other communication was us calling them. So much more that went wrong but all and all I would never use this place again.so an update. My daughter has only had the car for a few hours and it's already breaking down. Totally Incompetent mechanics.another update. So they took the car back to look at it and said it's probably the intake manifold which is the warning on my computer that said was the problem. So they finally fixed that. Regional manager Bill was very accommodating and payed for our rental car during this process. But that does not excuse the fact that I don't think we needed a new engine after all. And they refuse to give me any information about where they bought the engine from so I can research it.pretty sure that's why they don't want me to call the place where they got the engine from. They know they messed up and are keeping information from us. Terrible place to bring your call. And if you look on their website, not a single testimonial for the st Catharine's location. Figures.

After 4hrs I called he said it aint finish yet they'll need another hour (scratching my head) and hell call me back. 4.5hrs later i just decided to see whats taking so long, got there, saw my car parked outside.
