Nicole as my dental hygienist was kind, professional, and she did amazing work for my cleaning! I loved everyone I interacted with and I am so excited for my next cleaning! Highly recommend!

Dr. Lagomarsino "Dr. L," as we affectionately call her is truly an outstanding dentist, and I…read morehonestly can't say enough wonderful things about her and the care she provides at Wallington Dental. I've been a patient of Dr. L's for more than 20 years, long enough that she no longer feels like just my dentist; she feels like family. My mother and other members of my family are patients as well, and we have all had consistently wonderful experiences. Dr. L is exceptionally skilled, thoughtful, and genuinely invested in her patients. What I appreciate most is that she never makes you feel as though she is trying to sell you something or do more work than is necessary. Her focus is always on providing the best care for you and helping you make informed decisions about your dental health. Whether I've needed routine care, restorative work, or advice about something cosmetic like Invisalign or braces, she has always taken the time to explain my options and offer honest, practical guidance about what actually makes sense. And yes, I still have all of my teeth! I've had some work done over the years, although I will fully admit that some of it could probably have been avoided if I had listened to her and flossed as much as I should have. She has certainly done her part, I just didn't always do mine! The entire office reflects the same level of care and professionalism. Margaret at the reception desk is incredibly thorough, organized, and attentive. She is always on top of appointments and makes sure you receive those helpful reminders so nothing slips through the cracks. The whole practice is truly a well-oiled machine. But beyond the excellent dentistry, there is something else I really value about going to Wallington Dental: the feeling you get when you walk through the door. In a world that can sometimes feel increasingly chaotic, there is something wonderfully normal, welcoming, and reassuring about being there. Dr. L is friendly, personable, and easy to talk to. We often talk about healthy living and wellness, which makes every visit feel less like an appointment and more like catching up with someone who genuinely cares about you. After more than two decades, I realized that I had never actually taken the time to write a review and I wanted to change that. We don't always take the time to acknowledge the people who have consistently taken care of us over the years, and Dr. L deserves to be acknowledged. I am incredibly grateful that she is my dentist and for the excellent care she has given me and my family for so many years. She is a wonderful doctor, a thoughtful professional, and a genuinely good person. My teeth thank her for it and so do I.

That's the beauty of Yelp. This is all about MY experience, you are welcome to respond and then…read morereaders can make their own judgement. Thanks for your response but I disagree. Three members of my family have been to you. Myself, my 20 year old son and my wife who started her career as a dental assistant and knows a little something about dental work. You can point the finger back at the patient, their dental care and their previous dentist but I'm guessing most people would be interested to know that all 3 of us had work done by you that had to be redone within those 3 years. You call it unprofessional for the dentist to call out? I find it refreshing that a dentist wouldn't try to overlook work done by another dentist. Your description of how you handle your phobic patients and how things are great just wasn't my experience. I had a terrible experience with you, each of my visits I felt like you didn't listen and I was a pain. I was by the way as I noted in my original review, I just don't need to be made to feel that way. My last visit I asked for another shot to numb me and you huffed and puffed, gave me a shot and disappeared to treat someone else, leaving me sitting there. I found you to be not at all patient friendly, just my opinion. Again on your work, people can decide for themselves but work all three of us are having done is not covered by insurance, because they ruled they already paid for it.

However I was very pleasantly surprised from the moment I stepped in. Clean, brand new and quite waiting room, very professional, friendly, multilingual staff, almost no waiting time. While walking to the office I saw a couple of kids quietly sitting in dental chairs with little masks over their noses... procedures were done under anesthesia... nice. The explanation of the procedure was detailed and professional. All questions were answered. Procedure itself went without any issues. No push, no rush, no unpleasant feelings... The follow up visit was booked immediately based on my availability. I would highly recommend this dental office to everyone - adults and kids.

A month later, having received no communication - I followed up and 'Janet' showed up. Dr Ali and her dental assistant team her team were excellent, thorough and professional in their interactions. At the beginning of the first meeting it was explained that Invisalign wasn't covered by insurance, which included a whitening treatment as part of the procedure. Oddly, no cleaning nor annual examination were offered during the 18 month treatment. It wasn't until that final appointment and after cleaning, X-rays etc., was I told the whitening wasn't part of the plan I'd paid in advance for. Be aware that while quality of care is good, the office management and billing team are uncommunicative, illusive, inconsistent and we caught them attempting to push claims through our insurance company (according to our insurance) despite telling us they don't take that insurance and asked us to pay in full up front. On multiple occasions appointments were moved or adjusted by the office, all of which were during regular working hours for most people... I've personally no issue with that as a freelancer and understanding clients but it might be inconvenient for others.
