I have had a gun in my home for several years but not really known how to operate it, so I was looking for some basic gun safety techniques and to get comfortable with safely operating the gun. Lee was a great instructor. He broke it down so it was all easy to learn and kept it simple. Lots of drilling and repetition with the basic rules made it feel more natural. I liked the high-intensity scenario at the end. I would have liked even more repetition of each of the target scenarios, but in a full day we got a lot of reps of different speed and precision drills. Great intro gun class. So that was satisfying. They provided the instructions on everything and discussed safety in detail. In my opinion the staff were totally professional ans made sure safety was a priority. If you're not versed in safety and such, consider going with someone who is. It was hot (August), but the breeze was nice. You can move your target any distance you'd like. I'll go back as I much prefer outdoor over indoor ranges) (I must say, this is the 1st range I've been to that actually noted our start and finish time. Not sure if we'd have been charged more had we gone over our allotted hour)
