Established in 2021.
We are a family owned and run business. Bastion Protection Services is a 4-way partnership between a father, mother, son, and daughter that are teaming up.
Aaron called his parents (Doug and Danielle), early 2021, frustrated that their was a lack of professionalism in the Security Industry. Every company that he worked for, over the past 5 plus years, didn't value their own security workforce. And that in turn translated to poor interactions between the staff and the client.
Bastion Protective Services was born on this concept.

Meet the Business Owner: Aaron Q.
Aaron is a Saint Louis native who has always had a passion for his community. After several years of working as a security officer and a security supervisor, he decided that there had to be a better way to provide security services to property owners, apartments and local businesses while keeping dedicated and talented officers/employees. "I have the desire to keep the promise for every client. We are here to deter and protect everything they hold deer with confident and prepared officers." Aaron says. Because of this he felt that there was a need for a security company that held these values everyday.
