They were able to squeeze me in on the same day I called and every step of my experience was fantastic. The front desk was organized and friendly and COVID protocols were well observed. Shawn, my hygienist, was gentle and explained things well to me. Dr. Stafford was great. While I had no issues that need addressing, I know from my friends that he provides great care. It's downtown (obviously) but there was plenty of street parking available. The meters are for 2 hours and take change or use the Little Rock parking app. There are also plenty of paid lots around that aren't expensive.

They were thorough, they worked with my insurance, and most importantly I felt like they genuinely cared. I hadn't seen a dentist in a decade, literally. And I had some cavities and Dr. Bethel was so sweet; he reassured me before we started (I was being a real whimp about it!) And he kept checking during the procedure to make sure I was doing okay and not in pain. And I could tell he appreciated his staff- In my profession I've worked with a lot of doctors and there is always a direct correlation in how well a doctor treats his staff and how much they care about their patients. This is my new family dentist for sure!

I was already 30 minutes late when I called them back, and told them I could be there in 15 minutes. They told me that was too late. Then, they told me they were keeping all of the $150. I told them that seemed excessive to me, and they pointed out I had signed on the deposit when I made the appointment. That seemed overly greedy. I wanted to finally find a decent dentist in LR, and thought I'd like this place, but it was just a…read morebig long disappointment. First, assistants are clearly not trained on taking X-rays; so they end up taking three times as many. This happened twice, and both times after I had already been told I wouldn't need further xrays because my previous ones were recent enough to be of use. Twice they suddenly canceled my appointments after I was in the chair. Twice Dr Gildon got confused about which tooth we were working on, claiming not to ever have known, though she'd confirmed it at the previous appointment; then after canceling my appointment and when I came back again, she suddenly claimed to know which tooth it was... and then in the end she would not work on it at all. If there was an issue, she could have mentioned it before I took the time to go in twice more, not to mention have all those unnecessary X-rays and going to a dentist during COVID!!! Finally, the one tooth Dr Gildon worked on on my first visit now has decay and discoloration and sensitivity all around, none of which it had before. I would not trust or recommend this place.
