I really like Dr. Jordan Cooper but some of his staff have a lot of room for improvement! Dr…read more Jordan prepped two teeth for crowns yesterday, putting two temp crowns on with ease but later in the evening, my top lip starting swelling a little bit. I wrote it off because there was a bit of soreness from the numbing injections. Well, this morning my top lip, on that side, was swollen and it was sticking out about half an inch (see photos)!! I called the office at 8:21 and had to leave a voice message. 1:00 rolls around & no one called me back , so I called back. Left another message. One of his staff finally called me back just to say another staff member needs to call me... fine, that's okay. 3:38, I call back and a live person does answer but by this time I was livid. The person I spoke to told me to come on in & they would see me. One of his assistants said to me, "well, the lady that was suppose to call you back had been very busy with patients" and I prompted said that I'm a patient too! Now, my pharmacy closes at 4:30 so at 4:26, Dr. Jordan said he would call them so I had to fly like a bat out'ta hell to get there in time! I have NEVER had any swelling before so I don't know what has caused it this time. Dr. Jordan said it may be ulcers trying to form at the injection sites.... how & why?!?! Like I said, I don't have an issue with Dr. Jordan and I'll keep going back but I had better have nothing but positive experiences from now on! P.S. It took 40 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I left!

We're so thankful we found this dental office! After my husband was told by another dentist that he…read moreneeded over $6,000 worth of work, we came here for a second opinion. Not only was the staff friendly and professional, but the dentist took the time to clearly explain what was actually needed--and it was nowhere near $6,000. He felt truly cared for and respected. Even though the waiting room was busy, he was seen quickly. We highly recommend this office for honest, quality dental care.

They contacted me Monday morning just after 8 am saying they had a slot available at 1:30. So took that appt. Go to office they got me right on in since the paper work was done. No wasted time with that. Got in The chair x rayed the area determined best option would be to remove the molar. Get that done. Think I was out by 2:30 heading to get some pain meds. The process while getting tooth pulled was done with minimal pain. Staff dr was very caring if I was feeling any pain while getting the procedure done. I personally thought it went very well and was pleased with there service. I have even recommended the office to a neighbor that's needed a dentist. If you need dental work done and this office is close to your area I wound highly recommend Dr Pinney and Complete Dental in Jacksonville AR.

After X-rays revealed the root canal next to the affected tooth wasn't far from the same fate, we decided to remove both. When it comes to dental stuff, COWARD is my motto, and the Doc made sure the procedure was as painless as possible. He was exceptionally patient, took the time necessary (and with me, much time) for the area to become numb, and continually asked how I was doing during the entire op. Sean, Dr. P's Dental Assistant was great! Thorough in her post-op instructions, my recovery went well, thanks to both the Doc, and Sean. Many thanks to Dr. Pinney and his staff! Well deserved 5 Star review!

I am not going to even give a start. I have a BAD BAD phobia of nettles, my teeth had gotten bad…read morethey just started breaking apart I went to the dentist to get a referral to a oral surgeon. In stead they wanted to try there by giving me Ativan to calm me down before coming in. Tried telling them Ativan and valum and xanax is not going to calm me down its a real phobia. To shut them up I tried and as soon as walk in the nurse uncovered a tray full of neddles I backed away and couldn't even set in the chair. I even informed them of this . They refered to doc jolly to have them pulled for being put to sleep, he did great. After haveing my teeth pulled I called To make a appointment to get fitted for my dentures and partials and was told that the dentist office has unenrolled me out cause they had trouble with me. How can a dentist refuse you service over a phobia that you told them you have. I do not suggest this dentist office for any one of any age. They don't listen to you and when it suits them they unenroll you with out telling them. NEVER GO HERE. Had to give star to continue

So when I needed another tooth pulled I went ahead and come here as my dentist does not do extractions in his office. When I setup my appt I told them I had a broken tooth and that I would need it pulled. My appt on 06/09/16 was HORRIBLE!!!! I waited 45 minutes to be seen, the hygienist was very awkward, none of the computers were working, or the staff didnt know how to work them. Dr. Baker was rude, pushy, slightly argumentative and had no '"bed side manners". They also do not care if anyone else hears about the other patients that have been seen in the clinic. After Dr. Baker saw me, which was litterally for 2 minutes, she wanted to do a route canal and cap the tooth, I wanted to have it pulled, which they could not do that day because it was to late in the afternoon. Why would you schedule me for this time slot? After the Dr. Baker left I heard her saying the exact same thing to the patient next door, lets do a route canal and cap it... Also, just another note, she was dressed like it was the weekend. Which I dont have a huge problem with but hello nothing said I am the dentist. The whole staff was in scrubs and you are wearing jeans and a tshirt, and not even a white coat? The only thing this clinic has going for it is Angie in the front office. She was wonderful and kind and it actually felt that she cared about each and every person she talked with.
