I wanted to finally find a decent dentist in LR, and thought I'd like this place, but it was just a…read morebig long disappointment. First, assistants are clearly not trained on taking X-rays; so they end up taking three times as many. This happened twice, and both times after I had already been told I wouldn't need further xrays because my previous ones were recent enough to be of use. Twice they suddenly canceled my appointments after I was in the chair. Twice Dr Gildon got confused about which tooth we were working on, claiming not to ever have known, though she'd confirmed it at the previous appointment; then after canceling my appointment and when I came back again, she suddenly claimed to know which tooth it was... and then in the end she would not work on it at all. If there was an issue, she could have mentioned it before I took the time to go in twice more, not to mention have all those unnecessary X-rays and going to a dentist during COVID!!! Finally, the one tooth Dr Gildon worked on on my first visit now has decay and discoloration and sensitivity all around, none of which it had before. I would not trust or recommend this place.

But the most annoying thing is the girl working the front desk, the blonde. Absolutely useless and rude. Always on her cell phone and has the patients check theirselves in on a kiosk. It takes them two months to work you back in. And no one ever answers the phone. If you leave a message on their phone system, no one ever returns the call. Don't fall for the "Let me check with someone blah blah and I'll call you back at this number." That callback will never come. I was very excited to finally get Spark (similar to Invisaligns), but then it takes FOREVER because of how long it takes them to work you into their schedule and to receive new trays. For example, I was already stuck with the same trays for 6 weeks (should only wear one-two weeks). The bottom one cracked nearly in half due to wear and I have been super gluing it back together. Had the terrible luck of getting a stomach virus the night before I was finally scheduled to receive the new ones. Instead of coming in sick and spreading my germs and vomit around, I did the rational thing and cancelled. But the receptionist would not understand that the current trays were useless, I couldn't afford to wait another 2 months or my teeth would be completely shifted. She never called back. Then the next day, when I finally got a different person, she left me on hold for over 30 minutes and then it was disconnected. If it wasn't for all of these delays, my teeth would have been corrected in six months, not nearly a year later still trying to wrap it up. Still no rescheduled appointment three days later, would NOT recommend them to anyone!

I told her that I had a purple bruise under my tongue and she insisted she did not do that. now I have either and ulcer or Kanker sore where she jammed the numbing needle(with no warning nor carefulness) shes not very careful and seemed rushing and careless. I don't think she cared for me as a patient and I remained silent because she seemed very irritated and I didn't want to upset her anymore. my mouth is hurting worse than ever and I don't think she would even take accountability if I showed her my mouth. mind you it's a tiny tooth in the front bottom row, you would think it was easy. I wouldn't trust her for more work. she was also training her cousin. and still didn't finish after 3 hours ( she claimed technical difficulties.) Debbie was great. Crystal was not.
