So they quoted me in writing $2185 from ashley for both top and bottom Invisalign after insurance. When made my appt to schedule to get started Lori at front desk confirmed "you are doing top and bottom" and I said "correct". So came in today for my appt that had been booked over a month ago and Dr Clark/ Ashley acted like everything needed to be re-evaluated and I was like "aren't we getting started?" They said not yet until you look at prices. I advised them I already have quotes in writing they gave me. Ashley in office needs to be fired and or reprimanded. She gave me a quote in writing what I knew was a good faith estimate and I was paying in full today and everything changed. She had office manager Blanca come talk to me since they were overbooked. It was like dr Clark/ Ashley was throwing me to the side as they were too busy. Not my problem as I had appt booked for my time to get Invisalign's. Blanca was the only person apologizing and knowing that Dr Clark and this Ashley did me wrong by giving me a quote and now changing pricing. I told office manager they need to make it right as it's in writing from them what I was expected to pay. Now today they quoted me $3695 for top and bottom. That is wrong!!!! They quoted me in January of this year $2185. Almost a $1600 difference! Go give your business to someone else. This place will not last as they continue as they are doing patients/ customers dirty. They are liars and unprofessional. Also they discuss right in front of everyone in the waiting room how you will be paying for your services.. that is confidential!
