The insurance company had no idea where they got these numbers from and an insurance rep called them directly, but no one was 'available to talk to them.' It eventually led to nearly two weeks of unanswered calls and emails from me, before correcting the error - mere days before the scheduled surgery. A correction that cut the total bill by $1,000. It almost felt intentional based on the non-responsiveness of the practice. If you choose this place, double-check all billing details.

Everything after was a disaster. They called & rescheduled surgery twice with only 1 to 2 days notice. Finally the third visit, mid January, and we arrive for procedure to be told that insurance had not approved the procedure yet. No phone call (although they swore they had attempted to call myself & my daughter - did NOT happen), they had emailed two reminders for the appointment earlier in the week, and had no approval for insurance. When I questioned how long it had been since they had submitted a request for approval the receptionist told us sh'd have to look in computer, but then could not answer the question. The 'office manager' that we were put on the phone with, told us 2-3 wks ago, but could not give exact date. Personally I don't think the request had ever been submitted. Now I do realize mistakes can be made, but they would not own up to the mistake. And would not work with us so that the procedure could be done, and my granddaughter could get some relief & get this long dreaded procedure behind her. The only solution was we pay $3000 & figure it out with insurance on our own. The only reason for a star at all was because I had to for the review to post.

He came across very cool and relaxing which made my son feel relaxed! I stayed in the room bc of a bad experience my daughter had with one dentist office in Benton!! They tried drilling on her tooth knowing fully well she still felt the pain! She only had one surface cavity so maybe they thought, "whatever." Needless to say my son felt nothing during his one cavity drilling nor afterwards!!! Don't forget the ibuprofen before you go in so there is not any pain afterwards, but I just think Dr. Nguyen was so great with the procedure that my son probably wouldn't have suffered with pain afterwards anyway!! I'll be writing an excellent review for the oral surgeon around the corner also! My son's wisdom teeth pre-op office visit was heaven if there is such a thing to discuss such a painful procedure! I will be making an appointment with Dr.Nguyen also! I hate the dentist office and have felt embarrassed about my back teeth, what's left of them. They were thorough, they worked with my insurance, and most importantly I felt like they genuinely cared. I hadn't seen a dentist in a decade, literally. And I had some cavities and Dr. Bethel was so sweet; he reassured me before we started (I was being a real whimp about it!) And he kept checking during the procedure to make sure I was doing okay and not in pain. And I could tell he appreciated his staff- In my profession I've worked with a lot of doctors and there is always a direct correlation in how well a doctor treats his staff and how much they care about their patients. This is my new family dentist for sure!
