The office was spotless and the equipment was all brand new and high tech. The assistant who cleaned my teeth was great. Didn't feel a thing. And Dr Cloud was great too. I had a tooth that has been sensitive at times. He said it was probably due to an old silver filling I had. Nowadays its all another material that is used. He said it was probably from contraction and expansion from hot and cold. Also said i may need it replaced someday, but didn't pressure me at all to do it here. Said watching and waiting would be just fine. So I would definitely recommend this place. I have found over the years that it is better to avoid brand new dentists. I guess one that has been in an established practice doesn't have the student loans, and car loans, and new McMansion to pay for. I always have better luck with longer-established dentists.

Once again, I could not believe what he said! I did not confront Dr. Cooner about anything he said. Instead, I spoke to two women who worked in the business office. They mentioned that "usually he's pretty good" and I was given a dental whitening kit for my troubles. After pondering the situation, I still felt uncomfortable. Consequently, I decided to take my business elsewhere and requested my dental records. As I was reading my dental document, I saw that the "professional", Dr. Cooner, insulted me again by calling me names. Attached is what he wrote in my dental record. Perhaps he was having a bad day. I have been a patient here for 1.5 years and have always had good experiences. Dr. Deems is a 'keep-an-eye-on-it' dentist who intervenes when necessary, but does not push needless, expensive treatments. In my experience, he seems to have the patient's best interests at heart. Dr. Deems always takes his time to talk with me - more time than most dentists typically take. They have a wall-mounted TV so you can see your x-rays and....mouth images* while having areas of concern pointed out. *They have this cool new technology that I haven't seen before that uses intense light to image your teeth in a way that is different (and safer) than x-rays.
