His first therapist was okay and did an good job of focusing on him as the patient and not me during the assessment. He was an older gentleman and kind of hard for my teenage son to relate to but over all not bad. He quit at the first of the year and transferred him to another therapist which was also older. We requested a younger therapist or someone that specializes in ADHD. He was assigned a new therapist that was extremely overbooked and very difficult to get regular appointments with. Between Jan and March he was only scheduled for 2 sessions when he was previously getting weekly counseling. Then the pandemic happened and his session were moved to Telehealth which did not work so after a lot of back and forth with the front office I was told that he would have a phone session but that never happens. I would get calls from the office stating that the therapist said the phone was going straight to voicemail mail. They had no way off connecting the call if we called into the office. Today I get a bill for $155 for no show fees. I don't see how they can justify charging a no show fee in the middle of a pandemic when they do not have the proper platform in place to provide Telehealth. I understand that this is unprecedented but I think charging clients extra fees during this time is abhorrent practice.

One is that about the time the therapist was making a good connection with him, Info would take the therapist off the case and assign someone new. I believe our son would have made progress faster if they hadn't done that. The most irritating part was their billing. Because of our son's diagnosis, he is eligible for a medical scholarship that covered our co-pay, but Invo was very late billing us for most of our visits. For instance, he had weekly appointments Jan-August. All bills for the scholarship had to be turned in by Aug 1st for that year. We didn't get the bill for that period until September to October so we couldn't claim any of it. I thought this was all done but I just received a bill for four visits almost two years ago. It was processed by our insurance company about two months after the visits, so I know they weren't waiting for that. So now, I'm stuck with the full cost of another four visits long after we are done with therapy!

One day was even all day with two different therapists and we had no idea. Christine V. was responsible for the schedule change and for not making us aware. her response to me was "I am sorry I didn't tell you". This came after I questioned her when we were observing an increase in agressive behavior because it was just too much for my daughter and we would have never agreed to such a drastic increase. Now, we are left with a huge bill to pay ($1,000) for services we did not approve of because we didn't even know. Needless to say, out trust was completely broken and we immediately ceased therapy with this facility. Such a disappointment.
