I regularly see my primary care provider, Victoria Udongwo APRN, at this location on the 4th floor…read more I have never received care from a large hospital system such as UF Health until about one year ago and I have to admit it made me quite nervous. You always worry about getting "lost in the sauce" with all the other patients and providers but I have had the exact opposite experience with my care team here. All of the staff here are caring, attentive and always looking out for their patients. Ms. Udongwo is a very no-nonsense type of provider and I would even call her strict. I appreciate her straightforwardness and her ability to explain things very clearly. She always gives it to me like it is and doesn't want to hear any nonsense...... reminds me a lot of my mom. LOL. Her bedside manner is great and she is the definition of professional. The best thing about Ms. Udongwo (and from what I hear, most providers with UF health) is that she's extremely responsive to my needs and questions when I have them. I can use the MyChart app on my iPhone to schedule my own appointments as well as message back and forth DIRECTLY WITH HER about my prescriptions, new health issues and test result questions. Long gone are the days where you play phone tag with the doctors office and pray you actually get an answer back within an appropriate time. Any time I have to send a message she is back to me within 24 hours and most of the time within just a couple of hours. Overall I have been very satisfied with the level of care I receive here. If you are in need of a primary care provider I highly recommend checking out UF Health's family medicine department in the ACC building, specially Victoria Udongwo APRN. They are almost always accepting new patients.

I sent this letter to the corporate office:…read more To Whom It May Concern, I am writing to formally report a series of disturbing, unprofessional, and humiliating incidents that occurred at Agape Medical and involved members of the office staff during recent attempts to receive care from my physician, Dr. Hollinger. First, I was informed by staff that Dr. Hollinger no longer works for Agape Medical, yet I continued receiving conflicting and misleading information regarding her availability. Staff repeatedly handed me flyers stating that she was simply relocating from one building to another, even after I declined them multiple times. The repeated insistence on giving me these flyers created unnecessary confusion and concern about my continuity of care. In addition, my appointment was rescheduled by the office for a Friday, and I was told that Dr. Hollinger would be available. However, when the office later called to confirm the appointment, I was told that she would not be available and that I would instead be seen by a provider referred to only as "Dr. Lynn," using a first name rather than the professional last name typically used for licensed physicians. This raised immediate concerns about transparency and professionalism. Even more troubling was what I experienced during my most recent visit. While I was in the office, an individual who presented himself as a doctor told me that he was sending a prescription to CVS for 10 refills of Wegovy and 10 refills of Linzess. This immediately alarmed me because no legitimate physician would prescribe such an excessive and medically inappropriate number of refills for these medications. This interaction made it clear that something was seriously wrong and raised concerns about the authenticity and professionalism of the individual claiming to be a doctor. The situation escalated further when I went to have my blood drawn. The person who claimed to be the nurse retrieved an extremely thick needle and made a point of telling me they were "out of butterfly needles." The way this was presented felt intentionally intimidating, unprofessional, and unsafe, causing me significant distress and making me question the person's qualifications and intent. These actions--misrepresentation, deception, possible impersonation of medical personnel, and inappropriate clinical behavior--constitute severe violations of patient trust, professional ethics, and potentially state medical regulations. This was by far the most humiliating and unsettling experience I have ever encountered in a medical setting. I am requesting a full investigation into the conduct of the staff members involved, clarity regarding Dr. Hollinger's employment status, and appropriate corrective action to ensure no other patient is subjected to this kind of treatment. I have already consulted with legal counsel regarding this matter. I am submitting this letter so that my concerns are formally documented and addressed promptly and professionally. Thank you for your attention to this serious issue. I expect a written response outlining the steps your office or governing agency intends to take. Sincerely, Dr. Gaskin

I made my appointment back in November to only have it changed on me 3x and cancelled today.
