Okay so I went on the website and wanted the waffle almond and I wanted chocolate scoops. I decided to drive there instead order online. The menu they had were very very limited. The didn't have the waffle I wanted and gave me the wrong ice cream. I asked the lady is this all they have? She said yes sooo literally like two-three things you can get where the website had WAY more options. I got my ice cream and obviously it was no the right ice cream I didn't even bother to argue I just paid $7.50 and left. this is the worse location, my capuchino was not prepared it was just like an ice coffee which they tried to give me first and I told them that it was not correct. I placed an order for my son's birthday cake on Tuesday with a pick up time for Monday afternoon. My son doesn't ever ask for much, but he was very specific about the cake he wanted, so after searching I found Baskin Robbins makes a cake that fits his criterias. Sunday morning I receive a phone call from a woman informing me that's she's unable to make the cake due to the fact they don't have the very specific decor for the cake. Since there's no other cake he wanted I requested she refund me. She then told me she was way too must right now and that she's have to call me back about it later..... what would you call me if you are really too busy to handle my requests? I agreed and then she asked if there's a better time for me.... It just came off as a very stupid question since she just dropped a big mess on my plate leaving me without a birthday cake for my child. I waited several hours and never got a call, so I called her. She attempted to refund my card twice, but said her system wasn't working right and she would just write my card information down.... At this point there's no way I'm giving anyone my card information over the phone, so I offer to come in when I was supposed to pick up my cake to handle the refund in person. This evening I notice two emails letting me know it's been refunded. After many tears from my son we settled on a different cake at Coldstone Creamery since it's now such short notice.... Just happy they could accommodate us in such a short amount of time! This business needs to seriously step it up in customer service department. There's zero reason they couldn't have looked at the orders coming in and confirmed they had the materials needed. Then they could have placed whatever orders they needed to or reached out to customers in a timely manner to make other arrangements. We will definitely be taking our business to Coldstone and Local donut establishment from now on before ever coming back here. read more

Ordered a birthday cake a week ago, and literally the day before I was supposed to pick it up, the manager calls and informs me that they aren't going to be able to make it. If i could rate less then one star i would. Ordered a banana split. They ended up parking me. After a few minutes a employee came out and told me they had no lids for the banana split. Is that ok or do i want it in a cup. I said yes please put in cup. After about 10 minutes they bring me a bag with the quart container. My second mistake after going to Baskin Robins is not checking the ice cream. When we opened the container it looked like someone just dumped the banana split in the container and it was already 3/4 melted. I am guessing they prepared it in the banana split container and let it sit out on the counter while they looked for a lid. Last night I went to surprise hubby with ice cream. McD's machine was down so I went across the street to Baskin' Robbins. I ordered 1 quart of mint chocolate chip since NONE were in the case. Kasandra S (cashier) said there were no quart containers. Ok, well 2 PINTS equal a quart so just give me my quart. She rings up TWO PINTS not the QUART. I called "CLAUD" the manager who had NO NAME take and it took me 5 MINUTES to get her name out. Said they had to charge for 2 pints because there were no quarts. Um, no. Just because someone doesn't know how to order I don't pay for that. 2 pints equal a quart and that's what I ordered. She refused saying if it's in pint containers then you get charged for a pint. I then asked for the x-large coffee cup to put the ice cream in and she said no. I had already handed the girl my credit card so I made my purchase. I will be calling corporate to report the THEFT and poor customer service at this location. A gentleman in-front of me also said HE will be calling corporate due the TREATMENT we received by this poorly trained, rude person in a managerial position. I want my money back. The 2 pints were 9.78 while the quart was 7.99. It's only 2 dollar but it's MY MONEY!!! They are STEALING! read more

If I could give zero stars I would. I went in there April 26th with my mother and my fiancé to get some ice cream. When we went in and it looked like they were cleaning to close up and it was only 8 PM. I asked for an Oreo 31 below and was told they were out of the ice cream and the Oreos and that the machine was broken. I accepted that things break and ordered a milk shake. After we had paid and sat down a family came in and placed there order. As their orders were being completed the staff called them out. Imagine my surprise and anger when not one but TWO 31 belows were called out. When my mother asked why they were allowed to order that item but I wasn't we were given the pathetic excuse that they fixed the machine in the span of 5 minutes. This location and ALL Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins have lost my business and I'm going to go out of my way to tell any and every person I meet who mentions this place to never go there. Went in after lunch on a Saturday. A few customers in front of us. TV was loud and needs to be turned down. The business is clean and someone is always cleaning up tables. I appreciate that. We noticed the add for double scoop Sundays on the door and decided to have a couple. When we placed our order for 2 two scoop Sundays, we got the smallest scoops I've ever received at B&R. The picture shows two big scoops of ice cream that extend above the container. Our two scoops didn't even come close to the top of the cup. When I asked for the right amount of ice cream and pointed to the sign, the girl told us that that the amount we received was the scoop size she was trained to provide. We said thank you, but we'll pass on the ice cream and left. If the owner or manager reads this, I think you or corporate need to do some quality control on your training and portions. I've been here before for donuts (Dunkin) and will go back for the donuts, but will watch the ice cream portions before ordering ice cream again. read more

Literally the worst service ever. I go here because it's convenient and I love the ice cream. There are a whole bunch of kids who work here and they don't care about the service or even getting the order right. Some are always on the phone and get mad at you when you need something. They play their own music really loud as well. And you have to repeat yourself multiple times. The tables are all messy inside and they continually park cars when the car is only missing a beverage. read more

I received a gift card for this place.. not big on donuts but I thought it would be nice to bring my daughter here for the ice cream at Baskin - Robins . I've used my gift card 2 weeks prior and had a remaining balance left. When I made my purchase then, there was an issue with the card not scanning. The cashier/manager at the time was able to enter my card in some how and rang my payment - thus leaving a balance left. Same situation happened today, card not scanning BUT the assistant manager Adrianna did NOTHING to help. She tried scanning it and of course it's going to say card read error. She tried scanning on my end and same result. She goes ahead and tells me there's nothing she can do, it's the cards issue and not hers. I proceed to tell her this happened last time and they were able to enter in my gift card AND process my transaction. She tells me she can't do that, in other words she was being lazy and didnt want to go above and beyond. I don't understand how one person can do it but she can not figure out how to do it. I am not at fault if the card is not working when there IS a remaining balance. I also asked her for the store managers name and at first she said it was her. Towards the end I asked again and she say Sandra. She didn't want to tell me. I am not happy with the customer service I received. Terrible. No wonder this place had a 2 star rating. Pitiful! We decided to go to Baskin Robbins for some dessert after Cinco de Mayo dinner. We got to BR at 9:30 and they had already put away all the ice cream. This store closes at 10 pm so they should have ice cream to serve until 10. I guess that the employees getting out of the store by 10 is more important than making another $20 for the day. Also very overpriced. 2 large cappuccino blast is $13. Really? That's even high than Starbucks prices. This franchise doesn't want our business. The store on Old Bridge is at least open when they should be. read more

I am very disappointed. Please explain to me how this constitutes as a scoop of ice cream. I have two flavors, Pistachio Almond and Pralines and Cream. One of the workers scooped the pistachio almond. The MANAGER scooped the Pralines &Cream. What did she use, a kiddie scoop??? So peep game, it's late and the kids just ate dinner right. The woman just got off of work and she's tired so I'm like hmmmmm, what a good dad and man I am if I take these little badgers to get some ice cream. So this place closes at 10pm we walked in at 855. As soon as we opened the door the employees looked at us like we just walked in their wet cement. So you know being the gentleman I am I ignore all that and walk up and the kids look around and decide what they want, so of course the young man gets my daughters and is smiling doing his job all proud and then forgets the sprinkles. The boy wants a scoop but doesn't know if he wants it in a cup or a cone so the young lady getting the ice cream looks like she is pretty annoyed. So he decides a cone. And I get my rocky road and we go order and she starts ringing it up and my woman says she would like a coffee, and oh my googly mooogly you would of thought that we asked for 1,000 half glazed donuts with Angels wings on them, she kind of rolls her eyes and then gets the coffee. I mean really? Some teenage kids that I'm sure get paid to work until 10pm decided to turn the personality off at 855. I will say the young lady on the donut side was the happiest. read more
