She ordered a scoop of mango ice cream with sprinkles. I'm the one with many food allergies, so I was surprised to find two things I could have: mint chocolate chip and daiquiri ice. My Husband was so sweet to stop and pick up an ice cream cake for my birthday for our family! He picked one out paid for it and had the guy working write Happy 37th Birthday Jen on it! When my husband saw him put cake back in box he dropped it in getting blue frosting all over box! Once he handed the cake back to my husband to take he realized how bad the writing was on cake (a three year old could have done better) and that frosting was all over! All the worker said was I'm not good at writing on cakes and walked away! Luckily for the worker my husband took the cake and left! I was shocked when he got it home! I thought it was so sweet when he came in with box in his hand til I looked at the cake!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME!! The worst I have EVER SEEN!! Will not be going here anymore. My boyfriend and I tend to go to this location around 9pm after we get off of work, and every time we have gone, they are closed! Their hours say that they close at 10pm on their door, apple maps, and google as well! Tonight was the last night that we tried to go, and that I will ever give them my business. The lights were on and it seemed to be open (as they should be), so my boyfriend and I walked up to the door. There was a teenage boy working, so obviously we thought that finally someone would be able to help us. Wrong! The door was locked and the boy just shrugged at us and turned the lights off! It wouldn't have made us as upset as we were if this hadn't been happening all the time! The management needs to be notified that they constantly are closing the store way earlier than they should be! Never do I write bad reviews, but I am so annoyed! read more

Standard ice cream flavors, but didn't see any yogurt flavors. Staff was nice and friendly but oh my gawd the bathroom is a biohazard. Pee everywhere, no toilet paper, paper towels, or seat covers. At least they had soap. It makes me weary of how clean the rest of this place is. read more

Server was friendly enough however, upon realizing she added a scoop of cookie dough on top of my chocolate incorrectly, put the extra scoop back in the original tub - even though it had already been taken out and placed on top of my chocolate ice cream. Not terribly gross for me, but seems kind of odd and makes me question what other things might be "ok" to do. She also didn't seem entirely sure if the ice cream scoop she was using was clean, but proceeded to use it anyway. I think I will try a different location in the future. read more

I cannot in good conscious take my children here ever again & will now be going to peachy berry across the highway. The ice cream is great as it has always been with Baskin Robbins, my review is 100% based on the cleanliness (lack thereof) of this establishment. I noticed how gross the bathroom was during a visit last summer but yesterday I really started looking around as my daughter was eating her ice cream. The floor has not been cleaned in months. I'm willing to bet that if it has been cleaned in the past few months, the mop used hasn't been replaced in years. The drinking fountain (with a broken mouth guard & button) has green sludge caked on it (not ice cream) as well as dust/dirt caked all around it. The tables are sticky which is almost forgivable compared to everything else. The sun shades are filthy, I mean ice cream dried on, finger prints everywhere, all crackly & beat up from being so close to the tables. The walls were filthy, the pictures on the walls were filthy. EVERYTHING was filthy so I can only imagine what's going on behind the counter. I am not a restaurant complainer but this place is so gross that I will be finding out who to contact regarding a health inspection. read more
