Honestly very terrible customer service, I went the other day and the young lady that attended us was pretty rude, when we walked in no "hello" at all, she only talked to us when she asked us if we were ready in a rude tone. I ordered a two scoop sundae with hot fudge. When it was served to me the scoops were what I would call a kids scoop. I guess the pandemic truly destroyed every industry and every delight in life. The amount of hot fudge was pithy and lackluster. For my diet it was great, for nearly $8 it was a joke. No reason to come back really. The value is terrible. I knew we were in for trouble when I called in the morning and it rang and rang and instead of putting me on hold someone answered and hung up the phone. I called back and placed my order and she said it would be done at 7:30 pm. I explained it was for a second birthday and he usually goes to bed at 7:30. She said how about 6:00 and I said that would be perfect. We stopped at 4:45 just in case, because we were getting gas nearby. The girl behind counter seemed a little confused was in the back for a while and then said it's not ready yet. We said no problem we will be back in an hour. Giving them a little extra time we went back at 6:30. The cake was done but the decorator just left and she didn't write on it. What?? We asked them ( two young girls) just to do their best. I was happy to see Baskin Robbins in the Northwest during my visit! This place is happy childhood memories with hot summer time in Texas. Ice cream is a cooling food I turned to as a kid in the summer to cool off. It doesnt get as hot in Washington but it was still pretty good! Flavors I used to get is cotton candy! its not too sweet. Today I opted for their summer limited time offer flavor, watermelon! it had chocolate chip that looked like watermelons seeds. read more

Well it's now 11:15 and raining , it's cold 50? They are still closed even though the sign says 11am. I get it's cold but my sick wife likes Dacari Ice that the they only have. Once I was served it was efficient but still shivering left with the wife's Darcari ice This is now the forth time I've had poor service but still I'm handcuffed to the product not the business itself. Stopped in for ice cream after a stop at Fred's. It was 9:55, yes 5 minutes to close. Having worked in the food service industry for many years, I completely understand how frustrating it can be. That said, it a customer walked in 1 minute to close, we still HAD to serve them. Difference is, we're talking an ice cream shop. We would have been in and out in less than 10 minutes. This isn't a full service restaurant requiring food to be cooked or served. With our family of 4, they easily missed out on a $20 sale. Not that these young ladies cared. We asked if we could order and they said "sorry, were closed." I was irritated and said you've got to be kidding me. Understanding the annoyance in late night, last minute guests, we would have tipped generously. Anyway, point to my review, we stopped in for ice cream and were tuned away 5 minutes to close. We will never go back to this BR location. The customer service is horrible! My daughter got a clown cone from the freezer that was Mango Fro-Yo. My 4 1/2 year old said it tasted weird. I thought she was just being picky. So, I tried it....and it was honestly the most disgusting thing I have ever tried. I took it back to the counter and politely said that I didn't think it was fresh. It was goopy and sticky and the young teenager's reply was, "oh, that's because it's frozen yogurt." I indicated that I had never tasted frozen yogurt this bad. I asked if they could change it out or give me a new one and they said I would have to pay for another one! A grandma sitting nearby with her granddaughter was shocked at the reply, as I was too. I said we would not be eating it and sat it on the counter and then told them that this is the 2nd time I have received horrible service at this location and would never be coming back. I asked for a comment card and their reply was, "we don't have any, but you can go on Yelp." I can't believe that someone would rather have their place of business publicly shamed online, than try to make it right with the customer when they have the opportunity in front of them. Do not go here! I left crying . My 2 year old son and i drove over after he got his shots at the doctor to get a scoop of ice-cream and i was waiting for them to open at 11 they weren't there so i called to see if the hours changed no one answered. So we just waited and payed in the car till they opened 10 minutes later two people walked in an old white man and an Asian woman. They unlocked the doors and we walked to the double door but there was a chain around the handle on the inside that wasnt unlocked yet so we walked in the other door . I said " late start huh haha " trying to joke around the lady ignored me then walked over and said "what do you want" and then walked away while i was asking her a question then she came back and said "are you ready yet" and i said "yes can i " and before i could ask she walked away yet again . I love Baskin Robbins. I grew up eating ice cream all the time. It's one of my favorite foods. I even used to work there. So this review is specifically towards this location. I went here with my family on July 31 forgetting it was the $1.31 scoop night. We thought oh great it'll be busy but decided to go anyway. We got there and there was only 2 people in the store we thought "great! Perfect timing!" We go in and half the ice cream they had they were out of. Jamoca almond fudge, orange sherbet, peanut butter and chocolate, pralines and cream, mint chocolate chip and the list goes on. My husband got something but the rest of us didn't. We again went there last night just my husband and I thinking hopefully they got their order in. And to our surprise they did! My husband ordered his and I then ordered mine and she replies "we don't have peanut butter and chocolate or orange sherbet" ........ Again I left without getting anything. Super disappointed especially because those are the two flavours that I always get and two flavours that are ALWAYS there. read more
