Before we even got there as we were rolling down the interstate, R ordered his drink via a mobile order to pick up inside the store, and, at that time, I didn't want anything. However, when we got there, I changed my mind, and decided to stand in line. This Starbucks was very busy, since it was the day before Thanksgiving, and there were a lot of cars in the drive thru line. There was a short line ahead of us when we walked into the store, but the one employee at the register was very quick and efficient, and got the line moving very quickly. After I ordered, R picked up his drink that was ready at the pick up counter. He tasted it and it tasted exactly as how he ordered it. I only had to wait 5 minutes for my drink to be made before it, too, showed up at the pick up counter. Mine was made perfectly too. This Starbucks location allowed people to sit inside. However, with the number of people either waiting for their drinks or already enjoying their drinks, there wasn't enough seating for everyone, and we weren't going to stay inside anyway. For the amount of traffic this place probably gets, it was relatively clean. The men's restroom was clean too. I thought it was odd that there wasn't any food in the display near the register. Maybe because of Covid, or they already ran out of things, or they were planning on closing early because of the holiday the next day? The parking lot had more than enough spaces. Good thing we got here when we did. As we left to get back into the car, the drive thru line was now longer, and a few carloads of travelers were walking into the store.

The store was filled with Valentine's Day decor because it was the day after. Everything was 50% off. I thought about purchasing ice cream but it was 10 o'clock in the morning. The shelves are always stocked. It may take a while to find something (peanuts and mixed nuts are up in the front of the store off to the left of the cash registers). Their deli folks were very friendly and helpful in what to get that day. They let you select the width of the cut. The deli meats I got were fresh. I love their choices of potato salad. At the registers, things went smoothly. I'm usually the one who picks something that apparently isn't in the coding schemes but I didn't have any mishaps here. Enough of the items were on sale to make for pricing decisions on which brand to get. Sometimes I stick with certain brands even if they are a little bit more in price. Would I go back. Sure

The clerk working there was very friendly and offered all kinds of samples for me to enjoy while I walked around the little store. Much like the other shops in the square, you can get all kinds of little local tchotchkes to take home as souvenirs. I picked up some liquid whisky fudge to pour on top of ice cream when I got home. It's best warmed up but once on the ice cream it thickens up quickly so you need to eat it quickly! Definitely worth a little stop in.

This is a tiny little general store type gift shop. Of course they sell a bunch of Jack Daniels…read moregifts. We tried their JD fudge and it was ridiculous. I got their chocolate covered whisky bacon and tipsy peanut butter ball. It didn't last for a photo. They also make boozy JD popsicles. I got a watermelon one. They have some really great candles and we ended up buying the postmaster, which was a great man candle and had a campfire smoke smell.
