Starbucks coffee and a place to read. Check. It was clean and the staff was friendly.

We stopped here for a couple of refreshing drinks on the way home to Atlanta from Nashville in late November. Before we even got there as we were rolling down the interstate, R ordered his drink via a mobile order to pick up inside the store, and, at that time, I didn't want anything. However, when we got there, I changed my mind, and decided to stand in line. This Starbucks was very busy, since it was the day before Thanksgiving, and there were a lot of cars in the drive thru line. There was a short line ahead of us when we walked into the store, but the one employee at the register was very quick and efficient, and got the line moving very quickly. After I ordered, R picked up his drink that was ready at the pick up counter. He tasted it and it tasted exactly as how he ordered it. I only had to wait 5 minutes for my drink to be made before it, too, showed up at the pick up counter. Mine was made perfectly too. This Starbucks location allowed people to sit inside. However, with the number of people either waiting for their drinks or already enjoying their drinks, there wasn't enough seating for everyone, and we weren't going to stay inside anyway. For the amount of traffic this place probably gets, it was relatively clean. The men's restroom was clean too. I thought it was odd that there wasn't any food in the display near the register. Maybe because of Covid, or they already ran out of things, or they were planning on closing early because of the holiday the next day? The parking lot had more than enough spaces. Good thing we got here when we did. As we left to get back into the car, the drive thru line was now longer, and a few carloads of travelers were walking into the store. read more

Great location just off the freeway, so jump off and go in! Service was quick and efficient, and they got our orders just right. Although we went through the drive-through, I decided to go in to use the restroom. Folks were friendly, and the restaurant and restroom was clean. read more

Super friendly staff! Great service with a smile. The inside was very clean and workers were busy as bees! And everyone knew their place. Coffee was delicious and so were the egg bites! Also watching the dynamic in this small town shop it was very nice. Workers knew some of the frequent customers and names and asked about their life! Even changed the radio station! Great location when en-route to Georgia or Tennessee. It was clean, reliable bathrooms, and options for both lunch and caffeinated (and non) beverages. My husband opted for a chicken panini sandwich and loved how the cashier recommended sriracha for the sandwich (because that's how she enjoys it). She had no idea how this is one of my husband's favorite condiments! He was thrilled and later confirmed that she was right - it enhanced an otherwise utilitarian sandwich. It's these little touches that make chains like Starbucks, and other chains, memorable. Glad we found this on an otherwise lengthy and traffic-filled drive. read more

Very upset ! Vent there Saturday with my wife and we ordered and they didn't make one decaf so i politely asked to make one decaf and ill wait so the guy was very rude " WELL WE"RE VERY BUSY " anyways they made a coffee and left it on front instead of bring in to us what a childish thing to do I will rather no drink than go there with bunch of unprofessional staff and angry people what a joke !! My favorite Starbucks in Middle Tennessee! Every time I come through here I always have the absolute best experience. All the employees are super friendly and helpful no matter how complicated your drink order is! On my most recent visit the Store manager Begutay happen to be in that day. When I asked to speak with him he immediately stopped what he was doing to give me his full attention. I was not surprised at all by how friendly and attentive he was. With the way the world is right now I know it can be difficult to keep up good customer service but Begutay and his crew never miss a beat. I have been to hundreds of Starbucks, many here in the great state of Tennessee. I am writing a positive, 5 star review for the first time EVER! I visited the Manchester TN location earlier today, about 3pm, ordering ahead via the app as always. The line moved quickly (a shocking concept!!). Located right in front of the Holiday Inn I was staying at and open early.... this location was a lifesaver for the 3 days I stayed in the area. The service was spot on each of my visits, the drive thru seemed to get a little busy at times but it's not surprising since this is the only location for miles. I've been to many Starbucks and from experience I've seen plenty of them be a "hit or miss" type of experience. This is my first time visiting this particular Starbucks and it was lovely. I asked for a venti white chocolate mocha with 4 pumps of chocolate as opposed to the 5 pumps. It was perfect in flavor and temperature. The staff was very nice and cheerful, and quick service too. I enjoyed my cup of coffee I had been craving all day, thank you Starbucks! read more

I went to get 2 coffee's Christmas Eve. I waited in the drive thru line for app 6-8 minutes. When I was next I pulled up to the speaker, nothing , no one answered. The car ahead of me pulled to the window looked in then drove away without getting anything. I pulled to the window, the shades we're pulled down and 2 employees were cleaning. I tried to get their attention to no avail. Just rude! They could have at least took the orders of the people in line and let anyone else know they were closed. I understand folks want to go home on the holidays, but that's no reason to be rude to regular customers. I do hope they enjoy their holiday and learn some manners maybe. read more

I am going to give this location 5 stars. I really never go to this one because I'm not in the area often, but any time I have the service has been great. I recently went to the Smyrna location and it was an interesting visit to say the least so I guess I have been a little more observant at Starbucks recently. The baristas were great and they made my drink exactly how I want it! They knew the meaning of light ice! Woot! Lol. Passing through on our way to Nashville for the day, we stopped in to use the restroom and grab a drink. The store is really clean and the baristas were super friendly. The cashier that rung me up asked what we were up to and complimented my outfit. I'm not used to being so engaged while being rung up and it was such a nice touch. Our drinks were well crafted. Absolutely no complaints. I loved the decor at this particular store; the furniture and finishing. They had it dressed up a little for fall; just the perfect amount. As I was passing through from Atlanta back home I needed a family potty break and a caffeine refill. It was great news to see there was a Starbucks on the way! I stopped in and ordered a couple drinks. The baristas were super friendly asking about our trip and where we were heading. Very casual but a nice way to spend some time. Our orders were done correctly and efficiently. In fact we didn't even notice that a couple were done because we were talking and the guy brought them to us explaining that he didn't want us to miss them. Really nice! Although I try to avoid Starbucks to support local or independently owned coffee shops, sometimes you just have to give in to the Green monster.... This location literally saved me and my crew during Bonnaroo with much-needed coffee "pick-me-ups" to help with the hangovers and lack of sleep, fresh restrooms, and tasty treats. Consistently rude employees and even the manager Unappreciative of your business, especially if you inconvenience them with a large order. I frequent this store ONLY because i purchase coffee for a large customer group. I am treated rudely when I place a large order, typically 12-16 drinks each visit. read more

Very happy there is a Starbucks off of 1-24 on longer road trips, but it was very evident that the crew at this specific SBucks need more training in customer service & store appearance. I'm normally pretty positive with all of my reviews, but this experience was very sad and draining for me. The employees themselves looked incredibly depressed and unhappy. No one smiled, and they looked super annoyed that they had to serve my husband and I (and we were the ONLY ones there)!!!!!! (It was slightly laughable)! This is a solid Starbucks. I suppose it's a bit of an oasis within the vast desert called I-24 between Nashville and Chattanooga. If you're headed down to Atlanta, this is your only Starbucks until Calhoun, GA (the Chattanooga ones are far off of I-24/I-75). This Starbucks is pretty standard in size and layout. It's well staffed and so I've never had to wait long. Since it is on the interstate, they get a lot of traffic and the washrooms do back up with a bit of a wait sometimes (but this is not Starbucks' fault!). Their lattes are good and hot and their folks are friendly. Well done, Manchester coffee friends! read more

Great customer service at this Starbucks. Just hopped off the interstate to grab a matcha tea and go to the bathroom. Good ambiance and plenty of seating including comfy chairs, long wooden tables, and outside seating. That's where this rating drops a star. The bathroom was disgusting. Paper towels stuffed everywhere and drain flies buzzing around me as I go to the bathroom. If you are only stopping to go to the bathroom, choose somewhere else. read more

I am a big fan of Starbucks and go to them daily as I travel. And Ive been to this one before and had perfectly acceptable experiences... But I felt like someone should be aware of how the staff was hanging out today and enjoying their afternoon with little concerned for the customers. There were five barista's behind the counter and only one person in front of me in line. Apparently someone was grinding coffee for her. No one spoke to me. No one acknowledged me. None of the other four employees seemed to be doing much else besides wiping down counters and chatting with each other through their headphones. They saw me, because they looked my way, but didn't speak or smile. Finally a third person got in line behind me and had the same experience. She and I spoke about how odd it was that there were so many of them not helping us or speaking to us. I finally walked out. read more

I stopped in this Starbuck's yesterday. The location is convenient with easy access and good parking. The facility is tidy and clean. It goes downhill from there. The cashier was very apathetic and didn't know what their new product ingredient, blonde espresso, was. There were four employees, however only one making drinks for both drive-thru and indoor. Waits for drinks were around 15 - 20 minutes and there was no sense of urgency from the staff. When I received my drinks, the blonde iced cappuccino was just horrible, leading me to believe there hadn't been any product training. If you are in a hurry, or want a quality beverage for the price you pay, I would avoid this Starbucks location. read more

I was in town for Bonnaroo and stopped here a couple times. They messed up my drinks, but when I mentioned it they immediately made me new ones and offered to even let me keep or give away the old ones. To their credit, it was jam packed that weekend and I'm sure it was a bit overwhelming. But they were friendly and courteous and dealt with the massive crowd the best that they could.
