When I walked into the store, I stood at the counter for approximately five minutes before anyone acknowledged me or took my order. I ordered only a Hot Venti Caramel Macchiato and a Cinnamon Pull-Apart. At the time, there were only two customers inside the store--myself and a woman who entered after me--and only two vehicles in the drive-thru. A female employee prepared and handed me my hot drink without a protective sleeve, but my food was never given to me. I waited another ten minutes before the male employee casually walked over, handed me my Cinnamon Pull-Apart, and simply said, "Oh, here," followed by a giggle and an indifferent "Have a nice day." The interaction came across as dismissive and unprofessional. It felt as though my order had been forgotten, and there was no apology or acknowledgment for the delay. This is not an isolated incident. The service at this location consistently feels slow, with long waits to place orders and receive items, even when the store is not busy. Customer service should include acknowledging customers promptly, communicating if there will be a delay, and treating customers with professionalism and respect. I hope management addresses these ongoing concerns by improving both the efficiency of service and the level of customer care provided at this location. As a regular customer, I expect a much better experience than what I continue to receive.

On the rare occasion there's a longer line, the staff still keeps things moving efficiently, and my order is always accurate. I've only been inside a handful of times, but from what I've seen the store is clean and has plenty of seating.
