I wanted some Ice cream on the way home for a rather long day. It was traffic so I got off near Usc college and made my way to Baskin-Robbins. It was clean inside and had full selections of flavors. I say this because the Baskin-Robbins near my home is very skimpy when it comes to the scoops of ice cream. The service was nice and quick and I went happily on my way to enjoy my Ice cream. I enjoyed strawberry cheesecake and snickers. I wanted to order more but then I thought about it and said "why be greedy" so I said thanks and went on about my happy day! read more

I wasn't close to my home and was craving ice cream. Google Maps to the rescue and I drove myself here. I was in and out pretty quickly since I was the only customer at the time. The ice cream, of course, was delicious, and the service was very friendly. It was very clean inside. I will be going back if I find myself in that area again. read more

Came in after my daughter's ballet lesson, and immediately the girl helping me had a dry, bad attitude . (Hispanic, short-ish, not skinny but not big, with a braid coming out the back of her hat... receipt said Joseline ?) She was rude. She asked what toppings I wanted without telling me them, as if I know what they have ? I went up to the counter with my wallet to ask for something and leave a cash tip, but her and the bigger girl in a green Tee just kept looking over and having a conversation between themselves and laughing . She was working while talking but it was a task that definitely didn't prioritize over helpinh customers . You felt as if you bothering her and the girl in the green tee definitely didn't help . I didn't leave a tip when I paid with card because of "Joesline's" attitude but after being ignored for 5 solid minutes at the counter, I'm glad I didnt leave anything. read more

Never would I have thought to write a review for Baskin-Robbins but this place is awesome. I came here to pick up a birthday cake for one of my friends who does not like chocolate and is allergic to nuts, they helped me with my request and attended to my needs, which was phenomenal. I was able to sign up on the Baskin-Robbins app and get a free-scoop of an ice-cream. tl;dr come here for bday cakes Food 5/5 Ambiance 4/5 Service 5/5 Value 4/5 Overall 5/5 read more

Came to try the plant based dairy free options. I'm so glad Baskin Robbins has vegan options now! The strawberry streusel and chocolate chip cookie dough were both decent. They weren't mouthwatering in my opinion. The prices are decent. The customer service was great! I don't know if I'll come back often but if I'm really craving vegan ice cream and Baskin Robbins is nearby, I may stop by for a scoop. Parking lot available on site read more

Lorena is the best!! Super sweet, professional, & courteous! Location is clean & convenient. I usually find street parking.

The staff is super friendly! So many ice cream flavors that you can't go wrong. They don't provide samples just yet. In my opinion your best off getting two quarts of ice cream from the freezer for $11.99 Yes the packaged ones. It's cheaper than getting 2 two scoops or 2 sundaes. They have chairs to sit down. It's summer have some ice cream!!!! read more

Upon checking out, I tried desperately grabbing the attention of the cashier but he kept ignoring me as my ice cream cake melted in my hands ): Finally when the cashier did respond and I asked for the words "happy bday" to be written on my cake, the man accidentally smudged the words on my cake and didn't tell me. After I paid for the cake ($17.99), I opened up the box to check the masterpiece & slowly realized what he had done. I tried asking the man to fix this error and he again deliberately ignored me. Overall, my experience was very disappointing. I just wanted everything to be perfect for someone else s birthday & it could've easily happened if people were more responsible with the job that they were given. In terms of flavor: the Cookie Dough Polar Pizza was way too sweet (didn't have any distinctive taste other a sugary cookie sweetness). If you have to get a Polar Pizza, I'd recommend the Almond Mocha Polar Pizza (its way better). read more

I came in store with a crazy cake idea and they executed it PERFECTLY. The young lady that helped me with ordering, I can't remember her name but she was there Saturday June 29th around noon. She was extremely helpful and paid close attention to detail when it came to me exiling exactly what I needed. Picking up the cake was just as easy. Will be using this location from now on for all events I host, the customer service and quality is superb!' read more

Love baskin robbins! Kind of a simple girl so I usually just do vanilla with fudge and sprinkles and it's soooo good

I love ice cream and I love Baskin-Robbins because their flavors are great. Their service is quick too. On the 31st of each month, they use to have 1 scoop for $1.31 but for some odd reason they went up to $1.50. Makes no sense but I still go sometimes. Their cookies and cookie sandwiches are good. The cakes are very cute too. read more

This Baskin-Robbins is on the corner of Vermont and Adams. Family Day is on Tuesdays, so that's the best time to go for discounts on scoops. There are some deals on the app if you download it, but Tuesdays are the best if you just want scoops and nothing special. You'll see families from the neighborhood and sometimes students. It's nice. I tried many flavors, and still have many more to go. read more

As every Baskin Robbins customer knows, when you ask for a scoop of ice cream at a Baskin Robbins location you do not get a consistent quantity of ice cream. Some give an actual scoop worthy of your four dollars, others do not. I bought a two-scoop sundae here the other day, in which the scoops were about the size of golf balls. I recommend you go to another location. read more

I will be rating my experience a 3, only due to the fact that towards the end of my visit, ALEXIS, rudely and unprofessionally yelled at me and my family. It seems as if she felt stressed and could not handle working under pressure. I was shocked in how she handled the situation. She had no respect in attempting to give us good customer service. Not only did she yell at us but she also got my order wrong and didn't bother to fix it. She stood out from most of the staff because I noticed she had acrylic nails. Due to COVID it became a bigger concern because she was not wearing any gloves. Therefore she did not consider the health or safety of the customers OR the company's policy. It's unfortunate that my experience here had to be like this. On the other hand GRISELDA, happens to be the most genuine and caring one there. She ended up apologizing to us and helped us finish our large order. Proving that under certain situations she can still provide great customer service. FIVE STARS FOR GRISELDA thank you for treating my family with a sweet smile and respect. read more

I love ice cream. Who doesn't. This is a nice Basking Robbins. They have indoor seating and a few tables outside facing a Ralph's. There is a restaurant and a shoe store next door and they all share a small parking lot. If you choose to park at the back in their parking lot you can go inside through their back entrance. They also have an entrance at the front if you want to walk around. There are is few street parking at the front, but they are always taken. I come here to get a little cup of ice cream once in a while, but I wanted to order a customized cake for my son. I called ahead to get more information. On the phone the guy was really nice and helpful. I asked him how much time ahead I needed to order the cake and if they can do a customized cake. He told me they do them. He also said I just needed to order 24 hours before. When I went in person there was a lady behind the counter. I told her I was here to order a birthday cake for my son. She told me to pick one from the catalog. I explained to her that I wanted a customized cake. She said they only do the ones on the catalog! I was so disappointed. I called ahead so I won't go and waste my time and she tells me they can't do it. I told her about my phone call earlier. Than she said if I wanted a customize cake I need to bring a printed picture of what I wanted. Than they will see IF they can do it. She said to bring it from 10 a.m - 3 p.m when the people that decorate the cake are there. They will let me know if they can do it or not. I have order cakes at Baskin Robbins without any problem. I always get the one with a little cone in each corner, but this time I wanted something special for my son's first birthday. The cakes here are delicious. I just don't think it's right for them to tell me one thing on the phone and I arrive and they say something else. read more

Horrible if I could give negative stars I would. It was 4:50 the lady did not let me in I just wanted to buy a ice cream cake. She said by the time we would be out of the store it would be five already she didn't let us in. Im never going back. Rude and disgusting employees. read more

I bought a ice cream for friends in the hospital. One friend just had a baby and was craving chocolate, she wanted chocolate sprinkles on top of her sundae. I then saw they had brownies too so I changed the order to a brownie sundae the manager dumped the scooped ice cream with sprinkles on top of the brownie. Then tossed the cup with some of the left over toppings in the trash. I asked if she could sprinkle a few more sprinkles on top cause you couldn't see any sprinkles on top of the sundae and I was bringing it to a friend in the hospital and wanted it to look nice. She said I'd have to pay extra. I already paid extra for the sprinkles, why would I pay extra again for a little more sprinkles? I just wanted them on top because they are a "topping". I asked if she could ask her manager if it was ok. She said I am the manager. You can pay extra. That was just bad customer service. How much does a tiny teaspoon of sprinkles cost Baskin-Robbins? (Probably less than one cent.) How much did that manager being unkind cost Baskin Robbins? Poor management. Next time I'll go some where else. read more

Standing here waiting to order and the place is packed with patrons with only 2 people serving. The 3rd worker is arranging cones. There's no manager on duty. The 3rd worker claims there can only be 2 people serving and she has to clean. The franchise owner needs to better train the staff. This is very poor customer service. read more

I adore this location. All the employees here are always courteous and attentive. They know their menu, and are quick on serving you. They don't mind when you ask to taste a million flavors. To avoid confusion on who came first, they have a number system. Parking can be a little tricky here at times as it's not pretty big and it's right on two busy streets. (Vermont and Adams). However there is some street parking behind, but everyone is usually in and out. Oh and they take Apple Pay which is a bonus! read more

The worst ever. Horrible service... Lorena and Maria has horrible service,, Lorena is laughing the whole time I was trying to pay for my daughter cake. They don't have a manager onsite. I been here plenty of times and they never ask for my ID. I have to come in twice to try to pay, first time she declined my bill and 2nd than went back twice she didn't wanted to take the card it's because she need to see my ID and since it was my husband she refused. Lastly my husband goes have to get off to pay for cake. They didn't wanted to give me corporate number nor their manager name.. but that's not the reason for why I'm upset.. but the fact that Lorena was laughing, and when I ask her why she laughing she said " because your upset" like is she for reals right now!!! Best believe I will be calling calling corporate and HR. read more

Birthday cake review: I called and asked about the types of cakes available after my pre-ordered Cold Stone cake fell through (Do not order there; other reviewers also cautioned customers, and I should've checked the reviews). The service was great, even over the phone. I was amazed at the selection of the cakes. There is a lot of variety in the types of cake -- Different decorations, generous sizes, and various ice cream-cake flavor combos. As you can see in my photo, I ended up choosing the strawberry ice cream vanilla cake. It was super delicious! I definitely recommend getting your ice cream cakes here. You get the best bang for your buck here as opposed to Cold Stone's tiny circle cakes with crooked decorations. read more

I have been coming to this location for the past year or so. I believe they have over 30 different flavors to choose from. I always order rocky road and it's delicious. The staff is very friendly and are always smiling. lol The place is clean every time I visit which is a major win. At times it gets busy so you might end up grabbing a ticket and waiting for your turn to order. I call this type of ice cream premiums lol so expect to spend about $2.50 for a scoop. I can't comment on the other items such as cakes since I have never ordered one. I will continue to come to this location as long as it continues to serve good ice cream and provide great customer service. read more

Service here is blah. One employee was free and instead of helping out customers who were waiting to be served, she decided to clean tables and when done with that, sweep. That's okay, but I feel you need to prioritize. Helping a customer seems like a priority to me instead of cleaning. That's just my thinking, I hope management reads this and things their new employees properly. read more
