I will be rating my experience a 3, only due to the fact that towards the end of my visit, ALEXIS, rudely and unprofessionally yelled at me and my family. It seems as if she felt stressed and could not handle working under pressure. I was shocked in how she handled the situation. She had no respect in attempting to give us good customer service. Not only did she yell at us but she also got my order wrong and didn't bother to fix it. She stood out from most of the staff because I noticed she had acrylic nails. Came here on the 31st which is their "$1.31" but really $1.70 scoop ice cream. I got the 'non-dairy chocolate chip cookie dough' ice cream which looked really good, but wasn't. That isn't the flavor for me. I don't like cookie dough but it looked good, so why not haha. I love ice cream. Who doesn't. This is a nice Basking Robbins. They have indoor seating and a few tables outside facing a Ralph's. There is a restaurant and a shoe store next door and they all share a small parking lot. If you choose to park at the back in their parking lot you can go inside through their back entrance. They also have an entrance at the front if you want to walk around. There are is few street parking at the front, but they are always taken. I come here to get a little cup of ice cream once in a while, but I wanted to order a customized cake for my son. I called ahead to get more information. On the phone the guy was really nice and helpful. I asked him how much time ahead I needed to order the cake and if they can do a customized cake. He told me they do them. He also said I just needed to order 24 hours before. When I went in person there was a lady behind the counter. I told her I was here to order a birthday cake for my son. She told me to pick one from the catalog. I explained to her that I wanted a customized cake. She said they only do the ones on the catalog! I was so disappointed. I called ahead so I won't go and waste my time and she tells me they can't do it. I told her about my phone call earlier. Than she said if I wanted a customize cake I need to bring a printed picture of what I wanted. Than they will see IF they can do it. She said to bring it from 10 a.m - 3 p.m when the people that decorate the cake are there. They will let me know if they can do it or not. I have order cakes at Baskin Robbins without any problem. I bought a ice cream for friends in the hospital. One friend just had a baby and was craving chocolate, she wanted chocolate sprinkles on top of her sundae. I then saw they had brownies too so I changed the order to a brownie sundae the manager dumped the scooped ice cream with sprinkles on top of the brownie. Then tossed the cup with some of the left over toppings in the trash. I asked if she could sprinkle a few more sprinkles on top cause you couldn't see any sprinkles on top of the sundae and I was bringing it to a friend in the hospital and wanted it to look nice. She said I'd have to pay extra. I already paid extra for the sprinkles, why would I pay extra again for a little more sprinkles? I just wanted them on top because they are a "topping". I asked if she could ask her manager if it was ok. She said I am the manager. You can pay extra. That was just bad customer service. How much does a tiny teaspoon of sprinkles cost Baskin-Robbins? (Probably less than one cent.) How much did that manager being unkind cost Baskin Robbins? Poor management. Next time I'll go some where else. read more

There is a lot of variety in the types of cake -- Different decorations, generous sizes, and various ice cream-cake flavor combos. I have been coming to this location for the past year or so. I believe they have over 30 different flavors to choose from. I always order rocky road and it's delicious. The staff is very friendly and are always smiling. lol The place is clean every time I visit which is a major win. At times it gets busy so you might end up grabbing a ticket and waiting for your turn to order. I call this type of ice cream premiums lol so expect to spend about $2.50 for a scoop. I can't comment on the other items such as cakes since I have never ordered one.
