I stopped by Baskin-Robbins to redeem my free birthday scoop, and the process was quick and easy. The staff had no problem applying the reward, and the ice cream was delicious. It was a great birthday treat! Unfortunately, my experience took a turn when I used the restroom. It was, quite honestly, one of the dirtiest public bathrooms I've been in. The condition of it was pretty disgusting, and it immediately made me question the overall cleanliness of the location. I know restrooms can get messy throughout the day, but this seemed like it hadn't been checked in quite a while. It's disappointing because the ice cream and service were good, but the cleanliness of the facility left me seriously questioning whether I'll return to this location. read more

I just wanted to write this review to appreciate the presentation of my order. So I decided to go for a promotion today to get a free scoop of ice cream at Baskin Robbin's and it was my first time online order through the app (really, mobile ordering). I never thought they would get it to work; I did not even think one could mobile order a scoop. Still, it worked and when I go to the drive thru, they located my name and I thought they were just going to give me a sugar cone with a scoop on it and I would have had to ask them to throw it in a cup. Nope. The gal puts the items in a bag. Now they apparently have plastic covers for Basking Robbin cups. Also, I pull out a spoon and a sugar cone. It was kind of like a Do It Yourself (DIY) kit. How cool is that? Maybe they thought I was Door Dashing or something (I always get that...-_-. No I am not Door Dashing. Yes I ORDERED THAT MEAL. Can strongly say Baskin Robbins makes some mean icecream cakes these aren't even photos of everything we've ordered/eaten! Ironically I think I've had more cake than actual scoops of icecream and how could you not with the presentation and amount of customization there is the possibilities are endless. Usually you won't think of BR as your first go to for celebrating your birthday or a holiday but maybe it's high time you make some changes. I could drag on about how great the frosting is it definitely influences which one to get just something about the overall sweetness and how smooth it is makes me addicted haha. The cake by itself is decent as the icecream overpowers the taste of the cake which isn't a bad thing it serves it's purpose mainly to be the base however as a whole you'll feel complete afterwards. If later on they could offer more than just vanilla or chocolate cake that would be ideal but that's my only complaint. *COUGHS* (Red Velvet or Confetti) Aside from trying to sell you on cakes the flavors are delicious anything chocolate I'm instantly drawn to my favorite scoops would be Chocolate Fudge, Rocky Road or Cookies n' Cream. I frequently visit Baskin Robbins and the place is very small but don't let that discourage you from getting ice cream there, the staff are young maybe high schoolers and I guess they really aren't used to being around the public because they don't have the best manners but that's fine every time I've gone there the get my order correct. The prices are a little high but the great ice cream makes up for it, I usually get the Banana Royal with hot fudge whipped cream nuts and a cherry and I always get Pralines and Cream. read more

Baskin-Robbins is a classic. The ice cream is excellent, and the variety of flavors is impressive. Some premium ice creams are too rich and heavy, but that's not the case with Baskin Robbins. I liked all of the flavors I've tried, but I'm especially fond of jamoca almond fudge and pralines 'n cream. I often buy the ice cream pies and cakes for summer celebrations, and they're always delicious and decorated nicely. read more

Very sad. I understand times have changed. Ice cream scoops get smaller every year, or so it seems. $5 for what amounts to 3/4 cup of ice cream. OK A change from yesteryear was describing a particular ice cream as "pistachio with almond". At least that's truthful. BR used to peddle that as pistachio ice cream. Green ice cream with almonds didn't taste like pistachio ice cream. For the price you'd think they could provide authentic pistachio ice cream. The young people behind the counter would benefit from Prozac. SMH read more

I LOVE Baskin Robbins, it's my absolute favorite ice cream on the planet. I live in Richmond so I don't get up here as often as I would like. Today, we were in town and stopped to get 4 quarts to take home. Service was prompt and very friendly and of course the ice cream (2 quarts of world class chocolate, 1 butter pecan and 1 strawberry cheesecake) were perfect as always. Only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is 2 of our quarts weren't filled all the way, other than that everything was great! read more

Baskin Robbins is consistently delicious and one of my favorite places to get ice cream! The biggest downside to this location is that the employees don't even attempt to be polite. They all speak to you as if you're a huge burden to them and like they're miserable. read more

I went here two weeks ago and got a chocolate milkshake. There were 2 (about an inch long) hairs in my milkshake, which proceeding drinking, ended up in my mouth. I called to speak to a manager and the man said he would "make sure to tell the girls they needed to start wearing their hair up" THATS A HEALTH CODE VIOLATION?!?!?! And he also said he would write down my number and the owner would call me the next day to refund my money. No one ever called back.... Today, two weeks later, I got a scoop of orange sherbet and there was A FLY IN IT. I called again and the guy on the phone was trying to offer me a new scoop if I came back. Obviously I was not going to accept the offer because in only 2 weeks, I have had both hair and a bug in my ice cream. Never visiting this location again. Someone should definitely get a health inspector in there because I am appalled by how unsanitary this store is. read more
