Also the picture is so pixelated you can barely see any of the characters. I'm very upset I called to try and compensate and all they could do was give me my money back and return the cake. But, when I asked her for the flavors that she had to offer, she stated she would need a $30 deposit first to hold my spot (totally understandable) but also to show me the list of flavors she has to offer. I was expressed that I would love to see the list of flavors first before I book anything and she said, that was just her rules. Never have I ever heard of such a ridiculous rule. It's like going to a restaurant and they make you pay $30 to see the menu first. That's ridiculous!

The house was kept at 67 degrees too so it NEVER got even warm...after cutting into the cake we quickly realized the cake leaning was not the worst part...it turned into a dry crumbling hot embarrassing mess. The guests were very polite and understanding about the disaster of this dessert table from "Steph's Desserts" but the embarrassment that we were left with will never be forgotten.... I do not mind paying professional bakery prices when you receive professional service and items. This unfortunately is not the case with this business...
