Not sure why I hadn't posted a review before. I have always had a great experience with this Baskin Robbins location that I have ordered cakes from here even when I needed to bring it to birthdays in Westminster. Staff is always super nice. Parking is easy. Never have a problem finding parking outside. Just remember to check the spelling on the cake before you leave the store. I did that and sure enough the name was misspelled despite it being typed in my order (so not illegible). Quick fix and disaster averted. Have 2 birthdays coming up next week so got their favorite ice cream flavors: baseball nut and mint chip. Placed my order at 11:30 and picked up at noon. When I got there at noon woman was ordering a cake and some other things I couldn't make out. It took forever. I was almost sure they hadn't gotten my order together yet. When I was next I said I placed my online mobile order. It was already in a bag in the fridge, including my drink! They actually already put together the drink and had it waiting in the fridge for pick up before I got there. I was impressed. read more

They still advertise the Dubai chocolate shake ( which is what I wanted to finally try!) so I decided to just grab a mocha coffee blaster. It definitely made me caffeinated and was tasty! My daughter settled for cotton candy ice cream and said it wasn't the best. The service was helpful and kind, however all the tables were dirty as heck. read more

I come here twice probably will not be back again I always by a quart which is $16 and idk why at this place they our so stingy don't even fill it full kinda ridiculous go to a different location if you want what you pay for the people our super nice here tho only reason get two stars read more

Nice clean location with friendly employees. They have a few no sugar added flavors that are surprisingly tasty. Just be warned, eat one scoop only due to the artificial sweetener or you'll regret it later. read more

The staff here are always courteous, fast, patient, and knowledgeable. My kids and I enjoys picking up treats and the creature creations make it fun for them. The prices are very reasonable and the flavor selection is always rotating which keeps it from getting stale. The location is ready to see street-side and it's clean. read more

Service was wonderful. The two people who helped me decide were very welcoming and helpful. They allowed us to sample whatever flavors we wanted. We ordered a cake, choosing Jamocha Almond Fudge and Love Potion 31 as our two layers. It was beautiful and delicious, and we had to refreeze half the cake as leftovers. One thing is the dye in the frosting stained my hand and shirt, so a note of caution! We came back when it wasn't busy and sat to enjoy a scoop at the tables they have inside, too without being rushed. It's no wonder they're still in business-great service and ice cream! read more

I brought my family to this location after my son won his first soccer championship game. The staff was very polite, energetic, and professional. The store was very clean and had great music playing. Absolutely love my ice cream cake order! Thank you to the Baskin-Robbins team at this location for doing such an excellent job. It was my first time ordering an ice cream cake, and I am so happy and pleased with the result. I chose the cake design, cake flavor, and ice cream flavor on the Baskin Robbins website in advance and my order was ready for pickup just as promised. The design was exactly what was pictured online. I asked for a "Happy birthday" message to be written on the cake and the lettering was so beautifully done. The oreo ice cream cake also tasted great! My family and I enjoyed it. I have the highest praise for this Huntington Beach location, and would definitely come back for another special occasion cake. Every time I visit this location, every single staff member is so friendly and cheerful. This is rare in this day and age. I bought a quart of Nutty Coconut and a quart of Ube and Coconut Swirl. We just left, my daughter has Tourette's, she flipped off the girl with the pretty eye makeup. The girl never lost her smile and was very nice when we explained. This Baskin Robbins store on Warner & Springdale in Huntington Beach has taken a turn for the good. I'm not sure but it appears to be under new management or ownership. Nonetheless, whatever they have done, has resulted in 100% better customer service than in the past. I'll have to agree with my granddaughter, she loves this ice cream store and this is where she wants her birthday cake from this year. That's saying a lot as we love going on ice cream adventures. read more

My experience at this Baskin Robbins was disappointing. Despite waiting for 20 minutes at the register, the red-haired cashier seemed more interested in chatting with her friend than acknowledging customers. This lack of attention to customers was frustrating and left me feeling neglected. I hope the store can improve its customer service to ensure a more positive experience for all patrons. I work at a baskin Robbins near this location and I can tell you, their crew has messed up the DoorDash I had. My DoorDash for my store closes after 8 and there's was until closing. I ordered 3 items and they missed one. I called for a refund on the item they missed and they said they can only offer store credit. Why would I need store credit when I work at the same franchise but different location? I taught the person how to refund it because she sounds like a trainee. Yet the manager stopped and hung up on me. This is very upsetting and unprofessional. Plus, they weren't supposed to put whipped cream on a beverage during DoorDash because under RULES AND REGULATION. The whipped cream will melt and it needs to be SEALED FOR PROTECTION. Went to get a milkshake and apparently both blenders were broken, we settled for ice cream and went to our car which was right in front. One of their friends came in and miraculously the blender worked. Now the kicker, as they are making him a milkshake (which he didn't pay for), they are laughing at us through the window thinking they are so funny to discriminate against an adult, I fail to see the humor in lying to old people and I paid which I can't say for the friend. I was never rude at any point in the transaction so I think it's low class and a horrible way to operate a business. So the moral of this story is , if you want a milkshake on Sunday night in Huntington Beach location you better hope you know someone who works there read more

This is by far the cleanest Baskin Robbins I have ever been to and the service is always wonderful, friendly, and fast, even when we see new faces. We've been coming to this location for years but until we visited another store on vacation, we didn't realize how good we had it here. We actually drive past another location to come to this one which has a better selection and a more professional staff. They also have vegan flavors now which is awesome! read more

Look no further for the best Mud Pies and Ice Cream Cakes! I'm a little late in posting this review, this location is the BEST in HB! No only great customer service but very friendly & willing to go the extra mile! A beautiful store, the ice cream cakes fridge stocked with fresh cakes and ready to assist in all your ice cream needs! Including that Mud Pie I ordered and picked up for a party. Overall a great place! the flavors of ice cream are delicious and creative. The employees typically are nice as well. Unfortunately the prices are a bit high, considering the scoops aren't very big. If the prices went down I'd give i five stars. read more

The female Korean owner was very stingy on the size of the scoops and toppings. I ordered 3 scoop with 2 toppings. I am Korean and she was giving me a dirty look and aggressive attitude while I was deciding on the flavors, passive aggressively asking me what flavors I wanted. I was polite and I asked for 2 toppings knowing each one is 1.10. I asked for hot fudge and marshmallow sauce. She put such tiny amount of both. We checked our receipts later and we weren't charged with the marshmallow sauce. So Karma to you, ahjoomah. She may be treating white customers better than her own race. What a shame. She must be MAGA supporter. read more

This location is not a believer in masks or the safety of their staff or customers. Don't be fool by their social distancing set-up by ordering at the door. The lady making the ice cream cakes did not have a mask on. Additionally, they will gladly serve any customer who comes to the door without a mask on. Thanks for contributing to schools not being able to reopen. read more

Normally I would give 5 stars but today only three. Told the guy 2 scoops of vanilla....hot fudge....nuts...whipcream and no cherry. So he asks me if I wanted hot fudge or syrup. Holds it up to hand it to me and there's the cherry on top. Get home to find no nuts. As expensive as ice cream is the least he could do is get it right read more

Customer service from Noel is horrible. She offers no solutions only makes sure you know how unimportant you are as a customer. My order was wrong and she blamed us and offered no solutions other than to charge me to make a new one! In a society where everyone is working towards better customer service this place is not one of them. read more

I haven't had Baskin Robbins in so long! It was a thing of the past when so many new and hip ice cream and dessert places are yet to be discovered and visited. It was a nice change of pace to come back here. I was really excited when I saw that they have tiramisu ice cream as I have never seen it at a Baskin Robbins before. Tiramisu is their flavor of the month and one of my favorite flavors personally for ice cream and it did not disappoint. One of the guy there made my ice cream scoop look nice instead of just slabbing it on like the other guy did with my bf's scoop. That's not a very important detail but there's just something about getting a nicely scooped cone of ice cream. I will be coming back for more tiramisu! Yay! read more

At the register, there's a sign offering a free scoop in exchange for leaving a Yelp review. You're asked to show the cashier your review before receiving the free scoop. What they don't tell you upfront is that you also have to make a purchase to redeem the free scoop. Another thing I noticed is that our ice cream melted noticeably faster than expected. I'm not sure if it's due to the ingredients or something else, but it was something we both experienced. That said, I still recommend giving this place a try if you're in the area. They offer a wide variety of flavors, and you do get one free sample per person before deciding. The coffee shop is a little rough around the edges, with a sofa that is pretty worn out but with nice pillows that gave it a cozy feel. I thought the lived-in furniture was part of its rustic charm. There are nice tables to work at but as I was in the mood to read, I parked myself on the sofa. The gentleman who took my order was very pleasant. As a place to chill or work, it's a really good stop.

I arrived at 8:15PM, the associate tells me when I arrive "I'm so sorry it's not ready, I thought you'd be here closer to 8:45PM." I say "No worries I'll come back at 8:45PM." I come back to pick up the cake. It comes out hot and newly decorated with icing. 10 minutes down the road I check the cake, and the icing is completely melted. By then it's 9pm and I can't turn around to go back to the store. The next morning around 11am I called the store to speak with the manager. I leave my contact info, and I receive a call within 20 minutes from the store manager, Dustin. I explain the situation and how the cake is not presentable anymore for the birthday event I ordered it for. He apologizes and offers a dozen cookies or a refund. Since there's no time for me to drive back to Huntington Beach for a party that is in Pasadena within the next hour, we opt for the refund and Dustin states, "This is my personal number, I'll shoot you a text when that refund goes through." A week later, no refund, no communication, no follow-up. I called Dustin one more time, left a voicemail and one additional text just incase. Over the course of several days, still no response. Suffice to say, it is what it is. I just wanted a refund for the cake that I bought which I ended up not even bringing to the event I got it for because of the melted icing. TLDR: product wasn't ready at the time it was agreed upon to be ready, when product was picked up it was faulty, the manager offered a refund that never came and ghosted me

However, I wanted to update my review to reflect my full experience, as my initial 5-star review was written under a bit of pressure. At the register, there's a sign offering a free scoop in exchange for leaving a Yelp review. You're asked to show the cashier your review before receiving the free scoop. What they don't tell you upfront is that you also have to make a purchase to redeem the free scoop. Another thing I noticed is that our ice cream melted noticeably faster than expected. I'm not sure if it's due to the ingredients or something else, but it was something we both experienced. That said, I still recommend giving this place a try if you're in the area. They offer a wide variety of flavors, and you do get one free sample per person before deciding. Just keep in mind that the Yelp ratings may be influenced by the free-scoop promotion, the prices are a bit on the higher side because of the location, and the ice cream may melt faster than you're used to. I'm not too into ice-cream. But this place is probably the only one I look forward to visiting. One special flavor, I think, will surprise even the picky. Burnt Marshmallow. I bought a large cup. It turns out, that it is enough for two to share. What a surprise. The taste is so unique, its almost addictive. Every spoon scoop pulls you to scoop another making sure the taste keeps coming. The ice-cream is rich and heavy so a small cup would have been sufficient for one. But the taste is awesome to a point you will regret not ordering the large cup. Next time I will take home some for those special nights when you crave something different. Highly recommended to all the family. Visiting Huntington Beach? Have a little time to spare ?
