Who doesn't love Baskin Robbins and this one is always so awesome! You're always greeted warmly as soon as you all in. The place is always spotless and the variety of flavors is vast. I've never seen an empty tub and I've been coming here with my kids since they were really young. If you have never ordered a custom ice cream cake, I highly recommend you do. I've ordered them several times throughout the year and they're always perfect! read more

We usually have a good experience at this location because they have the sweetest and friendliest female associate who works up front. There was a new (to us?) young guy working today when my family and I stopped by, and he was not only rude and unwelcoming but also it felt like the coldness and poor service was racially motivated. FYI, my family and I are Korean (my husband who is white was also with us but noticed the same rude behavior). After we were served our ice cream, a middle-aged white woman walked in and this young male associate's entire demeanor changed. He suddenly had a smile on his face and was over friendly and willing to serve with a good attitude. It was instantly apparent that he was either uncomfortable serving us or just did not want to serve us specifically. The ice cream is yum as always, but this particular encounter and experience left a terrible taste in our mouths. read more

Not sure why I hadn't posted a review before. I have always had a great experience with this Baskin Robbins location that I have ordered cakes from here even when I needed to bring it to birthdays in Westminster. Staff is always super nice. Parking is easy. Never have a problem finding parking outside. Just remember to check the spelling on the cake before you leave the store. I did that and sure enough the name was misspelled despite it being typed in my order (so not illegible). Quick fix and disaster averted. Have 2 birthdays coming up next week so got their favorite ice cream flavors: baseball nut and mint chip. Placed my order at 11:30 and picked up at noon. When I got there at noon woman was ordering a cake and some other things I couldn't make out. It took forever. I was almost sure they hadn't gotten my order together yet. When I was next I said I placed my online mobile order. It was already in a bag in the fridge, including my drink! They actually already put together the drink and had it waiting in the fridge for pick up before I got there. I was impressed. read more

Service was wonderful. The two people who helped me decide were very welcoming and helpful. They allowed us to sample whatever flavors we wanted. We ordered a cake, choosing Jamocha Almond Fudge and Love Potion 31 as our two layers. It was beautiful and delicious, and we had to refreeze half the cake as leftovers. One thing is the dye in the frosting stained my hand and shirt, so a note of caution! We came back when it wasn't busy and sat to enjoy a scoop at the tables they have inside, too without being rushed. It's no wonder they're still in business-great service and ice cream! read more

Absolutely love my ice cream cake order! Thank you to the Baskin-Robbins team at this location for doing such an excellent job. It was my first time ordering an ice cream cake, and I am so happy and pleased with the result. I chose the cake design, cake flavor, and ice cream flavor on the Baskin Robbins website in advance and my order was ready for pickup just as promised. The design was exactly what was pictured online. I asked for a "Happy birthday" message to be written on the cake and the lettering was so beautifully done. The oreo ice cream cake also tasted great! My family and I enjoyed it. I have the highest praise for this Huntington Beach location, and would definitely come back for another special occasion cake. This Baskin Robbins store on Warner & Springdale in Huntington Beach has taken a turn for the good. I'm not sure but it appears to be under new management or ownership. Nonetheless, whatever they have done, has resulted in 100% better customer service than in the past. I'll have to agree with my granddaughter, she loves this ice cream store and this is where she wants her birthday cake from this year. That's saying a lot as we love going on ice cream adventures. read more

I work at a baskin Robbins near this location and I can tell you, their crew has messed up the DoorDash I had. My DoorDash for my store closes after 8 and there's was until closing. I ordered 3 items and they missed one. I called for a refund on the item they missed and they said they can only offer store credit. Why would I need store credit when I work at the same franchise but different location? I taught the person how to refund it because she sounds like a trainee. Yet the manager stopped and hung up on me. This is very upsetting and unprofessional. Plus, they weren't supposed to put whipped cream on a beverage during DoorDash because under RULES AND REGULATION. The whipped cream will melt and it needs to be SEALED FOR PROTECTION. Went to get a milkshake and apparently both blenders were broken, we settled for ice cream and went to our car which was right in front. One of their friends came in and miraculously the blender worked. Now the kicker, as they are making him a milkshake (which he didn't pay for), they are laughing at us through the window thinking they are so funny to discriminate against an adult, I fail to see the humor in lying to old people and I paid which I can't say for the friend. I was never rude at any point in the transaction so I think it's low class and a horrible way to operate a business. So the moral of this story is , if you want a milkshake on Sunday night in Huntington Beach location you better hope you know someone who works there read more

The female Korean owner was very stingy on the size of the scoops and toppings. I ordered 3 scoop with 2 toppings. I am Korean and she was giving me a dirty look and aggressive attitude while I was deciding on the flavors, passive aggressively asking me what flavors I wanted. I was polite and I asked for 2 toppings knowing each one is 1.10. I asked for hot fudge and marshmallow sauce. She put such tiny amount of both. We checked our receipts later and we weren't charged with the marshmallow sauce. So Karma to you, ahjoomah. She may be treating white customers better than her own race. What a shame. I haven't had Baskin Robbins in so long! It was a thing of the past when so many new and hip ice cream and dessert places are yet to be discovered and visited. It was a nice change of pace to come back here. I was really excited when I saw that they have tiramisu ice cream as I have never seen it at a Baskin Robbins before. Tiramisu is their flavor of the month and one of my favorite flavors personally for ice cream and it did not disappoint. One of the guy there made my ice cream scoop look nice instead of just slabbing it on like the other guy did with my bf's scoop. That's not a very important detail but there's just something about getting a nicely scooped cone of ice cream. I will be coming back for more tiramisu! Yay! read more

Because 1- My dog is worth it. And 2- they have the best human cupcakes I've ever had lol When I walked in I was immediately greeted by the owner who is so incredibly sweet. She remembered me and greeted me like she's known me for years. They had a 4 pack of pup cakes already packed up. So I grabbed those and told her it was my dogs birthday. Don't forget to ask her if she has a free candle or birthday topper available! She usually has a bunch behind the counter she hands out. She gave me a candle (I got to pick out the color) and I got a little tiny happy birthday topper to put in the pup cake PS- the pup cupcakes smell absolutely delicious! The peanut butter frosting smells out of this world. I almost took a bite. As always, this place is extremely clean Staff is great! Parking is great! Flavors to pick from are great They have a huge variety. I'm so bummed I got there too late and missed out on their coconut cupcake and they had a pistachio one!! (Her flavors are always the best and always changing) So I had to go with my old trusty. I got a wedding cake one and a birthday confetti one. Again, these cupcakes are HUGE. They have the perfect amount of frosting vs cake ratio, they are not dry at all!!! Hands down the best in Orange County I got sucked in. She can make any of her cupcake flavors into a donut. So I tried the strawberry donut (inspired by her strawberry cupcake) the donuts are all in the back and not on display like the cupcakes are It's the best of both worlds The donut was light and fresh. It tasted like a Krispy Kreme but with the delicious frosting of a cupcake. This is on the sweeter side, for me? Sweeter the better. But might be too sweet for others. I can't wait to come back here for all my cupcake and cake needs in the future!!! I went in for a custom cake order, and the owner was able to accommodate within a 72 hour window. I'll say that my daughter does not actually eat cake. The prices are fair for the quality that you receive. However, I will say that when I inquired on a separate order if she's able to accommodate for gluten allergies, she said unfortunately no. Although her website does advertise that she can. Besides that, this is a solid option for custom cakes, especially if you like them small and stacked.

The mooncakes were definitely pretty, though they tasted similarly to cheaper mooncakes you can buy at other stores, sometimes even worse. At almost $20 per mooncake, I would say it wasn't worth it. I was really looking forward to treating my parents to amazing mooncakes, so I was a bit disappointed. * Coconut (Sữa Dừa) 3.5/5 - This was a sweeter mooncake with coconut shaving texture. It was kinda average. The salted egg yolk was good. * Durian (Sầu Riêng) 1/5 - There are other durian treats out there that's actually good, and this was not it. The durian didn't have a fresh taste and the flavor was very muted and underwhelming. * Tiramisu 4/5 - This was pretty good. However, a tiramisu cake is still better. * Mixed Nuts (Thập Cẩm) 5/5 - This was the best one with different nuts and ingredients mixed together. There was a strong flavor of ginger, though not in a bad way. It was good, but not much different from other mixed nut mooncakes.

Guests and kids couldn't keep their hands off these delicious treats! This was actually our second year ordering cakes from them for events, and once again, they did not disappoint. The owner, Larry, is very kind, easy to work with, and incredibly accommodating throughout the process. We'll definitely continue keeping The Baking Fool on our event vendor list. Thank you so much, Larry, for helping make our celebration extra special!

People raved about the strawberry cheesecake. I was asked by multiple people where I got these cupcakes from. I had the chance to sample both, and honestly the triple chocolate was delicious as well. The cake is moist, the frosting buttery and not super sweet. I can see why the strawberry cheesecake was the star of the show among the parents, though. As for customer service - great! Cupcake ready when promised. Larry helped me carry my order to the car, and gave me good instructions on care and transport. I would order from him again for any event.

It seems like they may have a recurring issue with the freshness of their cakes and pastries, as I've seen other customers complain about the same thing. I went in after 6 PM, and unfortunately, the Portuguese cream cake was chewy instead of crispy. The strawberry bun with Chantilly cream tasted more like shaving cream than whipped cream. And the croissant had almost no flavor -- where was the buttery taste? I'm sorry, but after two visits with disappointing experiences, I won't be coming back. I really wanted to like this place, but the quality and freshness need some serious improvement

I personally had such a great experience with this bakery - I was in the area looking to get a last…read moreminute custom birthday cake for pickup the next day and saw Final Touch Bakery was conveniently located nearby the Asian Garden Mall on Google Maps. They thankfully picked up as soon as I called. I asked if next day pickup was possible and to my relief, they confirmed it was and they were open on weekends. I saw their online menu had a good variety of flavors I could try, though for next day the only available cake was vanilla sponge cake, which was still really good and not too sweet. The texture was light and fluffy, not at all dense, and easy to cut through. I chose a matcha filling and the flavor was solidly matcha, which we loved. I asked what designs were available for next day and they patiently provided the different options of flowers, polka dots, or seashells and catered toward female or male, and adult or child, suggesting real flowers over sugar flowers for adult female. I chose a blue color and appreciated that they even asked what shade of blue (lighter, medium, darker) and was asked what writing I wanted, then confirmed my pickup time the next day and put down a $10 deposit. The next day for pickup I wasn't sure what to expect but it actually turned out gorgeous. Since my friend is a baker, I was nervous what she'd think but she loved it as well. They have a small lot outside the bakery, which is cozy and cute with great natural light inside. It took awhile to get someone at the front but they did amazingly with the cake, even adding little sugar pearls and gorgeous script with hearts. The full quote was $55 and considering all the custom flavors, colors, design, and writing, even the smallest size was enough to feed 10 people with leftovers. Overall, the cake was light, delicious, not too sweet, beautiful, and turnaround was quick. They made a custom cake really easy to order for someone who didn't have a specific design in mind and made it look intricate despite having just one day to put together. I was really happy with how smooth the process was, how reasonable priced the cake is, and the great texture and flavor. I had been stressed out about finding somewhere to accommodate the timing but was so grateful they made it happen. It'll be my go-to birthday cake ordering spot now for OC. Thank you!

What I asked for vs what I got. Cake is soooo ugly. The color is off, the writing is off, whoever designed this has no taste.

However, I just requested to have a two tier cake made and she is charging $525 for a two tier cake with no flowers serving 50 people. That's $10.50 per slice while the national average on stacked cakes are $5 per slice! Save your money for other party expenses and get a pretty cake elsewhere. This is also considering she is making cakes from an industrial window producing business not from a legit bakery. Update: I sent a picture of this cake to another bakery that I had ordered from before and was charged $210. How mind blowing. The greed is strong with this one.
